I brought a group of my friends here for my birthday weekend and we had an absolute blast! Not far from much of what we wanted to do, walkable convenience store to grab any necessities we needed. The place had everything we needed! Would 1000% recommend!

This house was perfect for our stay in Austin. We had 9 girls and everyone was able to have their own bed with most of the bedrooms having an attached bathroom. It was an easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Austin!
Great house for a girls trip! We had an easy check in and the place was huge and very clean! The decor and layout were perfect, and plenty of bathrooms for 7 girls. Appliances were large and seemed new or very well taken care of. We were all impressed with the house! Proximity was great for bar hopping on Rainey St. And parking was ample.
This was a great stay, we found everything we were looking for and was just as described in the listing. We found a few things that we would like to suggest based on our stay. The toilet downstairs ran all the time, not a huge problem, but kind of annoying to those in the bedroom next to it. There was not a ton of seating in the main area for as many guests as it can sleep, maybe thinking of adding more to that, and outside. Otherwise the space was very nice, plenty of beds, plenty of blankets and towels, hosts were very nice a responsive when we had questions, and helpful with check-in, check-out instructions. Thank you

Great place for a big group! The ability to drop off luggage prior to check in was a huge plus and the clean up before checkout was super easy.
The response with the owner was very quick and he handled some minor issues/questions very quickly. The location was less than a 10 min walk to Rainey street and there were always scooters to rent laying around to make it even quicker. Our biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was freezing cold when we arrived. We were there for 3 nights and it didn'tt get warm enough to use until the last night. The hot tub was one of the main selling points for us other than location so that was upsetting. However, it was a very nice house with plenty of space for all of us and I would definitely recommend it!
fun and great place to stay in austin
Great spot for a small girls trip. The living room/hanging out space was a bit small but no issue as we were mostly out and about. The hosts were super responsive, the check in and out process was very easy and we really enjoyed the location.
Awesome place to host the guys! It's all you need, one living space and a place to crash. UrbanStay was quick and responsive with whatever issues that did arise. That being said it's missing the 5th star due to its preparedness. One of the touch pads to get in did not want to cooperate so it did cause a hiccup at check-in, and neither of the propane tanks were filled when we arrived and we didn't find out until after hours so it did somewhat kill the mood when we wanted to hang by the fire. Other than that it's a solid place and very well located!
Host was very responsive and helpful in resolving small issues (our fault, not theirs). The house was excellent for a large group with many beds, great living space, backyard and spacious bathrooms. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Austin and looking for a spot to use as a base to explore the city.

Cool and cozy place in the heart if downtown Austin. Loved the big tv and the couch so, watching movies together in a group was so much fun. The backyard/frontyard has ample space and we enjoyed couple chess games in the yard as well as the cornhole. We did a cornhole tournament even. The rooms are spacious and there are ample of space for everyone in the group.
great location, lots to do. I would suggest a sofa in the common area and less drastic overhead lighting. please supply a lighter for grill and firepit. but A+++ overall.
The home was a wonderful place. The duplex is tucked back in the lot with parking and a beautiful outdoor area. The house was clean and full of amenities. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to hang out and relax after a day of exploring Austin. UrbanStay's quickly responded to any question I had and even let us place our bags in the home before our check-in time. I would come back to this location any time.

Great place, great location, easy walking to downtown and East Austin area; with comfortable room and bathroom and equipped kitchen. It's small but cozy!

Very practical and convenient location. House is just as described and looks like photos. The outdoor area with gas fireplace is very cool. Had 3 issues:1) Wi-Fi was totally unreliable and had no security/password.2) Check-in is at 4pm, and they are not flexible. They request a $50 per hour fee for early arrivals. 3) They advertise as pet friendly, but then charge $50 per pet.
This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don't know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. I will 100% return to this airbnb everytime I visit Austin. Cups, plates, tissue, whatever you need, nothing is missing at all. It truly felt like home. Thank you UrbanStay team!!
This is a great stay if you want your own space and the convenience of location! It's close to east side bars and a short drive to anything else popular. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Austin. Our critique is that the “fire pit” should be relocated and this yard is just begging for a hot tub!
Place was perfect for the New Years weekend. Kids had a blast and loved the decor in the rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony across the austin skyline. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is lovely and the location is fantastic. However, they have a decibel counter on the side of the house that was triggered during the NYE fireworks - because of the fireworks. It sends you messages about how if there are multiple alerts you will be charged more. This was very stressful, as we were inside, being quiet at the time. Aside from this, the stay was wonderful and the location really cannot be beat.
The home we stayed was a beautiful and up to date place. It was near party and hiking places. They are a short drive away from many places. Other than that, excellent place to stay at.
What a great place for our family reunion! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was terrific, and we enjoyed the rooftop and front outdoor area. Everything was spotless, too. We walked the trails, went for coffee, food trucks, and other shopping easily, and it was a short drive into downtown. Would stay here again for sure!!
The house is very beautiful, the decoration is lovely, very clean, in a good and very quiet area. The hosts responded quickly and were always attentive. Highly recommended.

Bathrooms were very neat and clean but needed individual bathroom lock and hand shower so that muslims can use the bathroom without any problem. Place was very clean. If it had a rice cooker that would have been great. Washing machine and dryer were really good. The fire place was already very clean and well furnished. The pool table was really good but needed more cue sticks (It had only 2). The TV had ESPN+ which was really great. However, individual locks are needed to the bathrooms and the main bathroom of the 2nd floor has lock but it doesn'tt work. The bed sheets were very clean and there were enough bedsheets and blankets in the store room. The parking area was very neat and clean. The utensils and dishes were really great and clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Clean, cute, and cozy location. The kitchen had enough to cook a few real meals during our week-long trip. The only very minor inconvenience was when the internet went down one night, customer service on the app tried to fix it as late as 11pm, but had to fix it the next day. I think it was just a router reboot thing and they were responsive and fixed the issue as soon as they could. Great option for a couple or single person.

We had a group of ten aged 18-81 and everyone really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfy beds and great outside space. Close to downtown and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your group.

Great place and very responsive hosts, even on Christmas Day!
Five stars! This ubercool house with a funky vibe was the perfect setting for our Christmas celebration with family members from Austin, San Antonio, New York City, and Philadelphia. We hung out in the living room where we had put up a Christmas tree, exchanging gifts, playing games, and watching football and movies on the oversized TV. All the amenities and the comfy beds and bedrooms were great. We couldn'tt play lawn games because of the rain and mud, but we used the fire pit to make some pretty righteous s'tmores. We took full advantage of the kitchen, including the Viking gas stove, to make a sumptuous Christmas feast. There were a few minor issues that we reported to our very responsive hosts, and we suggest they replace the refrigerator filter (we had to buy bottled water throughout our stay) and put an anti-slip coating on the bathtubs or provide bath mats. We highly recommend this property to other groups and would certainly come back should we decide to gather in Austin again.
Great Unit in a very convenient location. We were no more than a 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Awesome unit for traveling with pets with a great outdoor space!
Valerie and Kyle were excellent hosts who made every step easy and were very responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, clean, newly updated and very well equipped (in the kitchen and with plenty of games) and has a large patio and garden area. There is easy access to downtown and plenty of local cafes and bars, although you will probably need a car (there is an EV charging site across the street). We would definitely stay there again.

Definitely the "coolest" looking on the inside AIR BNB that I have been to in TX.It was super clean, no clutter...... Even the dishes inside the cabinets and drawers were labeled.There was bedding and accessories in every closet of the house. Lots of duvets, pillows, cushions, just about everything for every type of sleeper. Neighbors were not nosy and bothering us like in some other air bnb's I have been to. I loved everything about this property honestly. Wish I lived there haha! Would highly recommend.
This home was the perfect fit our family Holiday Reunion! It catered to young kids as well as adults. The best was the number of full bathrooms so everyone wasn't fighting over the showers. The hosts were very responsive with any questions/concerns I had and were able to accommodate a late check out. The home had a lot of charm and was in a great area of East Austin. I would most definitely rent from them again!
Beautiful house! The spaces, the decoration! Everything was beautiful and practical, the best option for large families, and our Christmas was excellent. Our host was always attentive to any questions and always accessible for everything we needed. Clean and practical house. We hope to stay in this house many more times! The home and its location were great. It had ample bedding for my family and friends. No one slept in garage area because of the lack of a bathroom. All other areas of the home were utilized. It is a beautiful home and very clean. We weren't at the home often due to the reason for our visit; but, I would definitely stay again if I had a larger party. They provided ample towels, great amenities (game room, TVs, outside seating, kitchen and dining spaces, etc), and overall an awesome space. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. They have other properties in the same area if you are hosting a family event like we did. Our other family members were about 2 blocks away. It made it very convenient to meet up and car pool when needed. That property was awesome as well. Thanks for making a heartbreaking trip less stressful.
overall good stay and we would return. the hosts were laid back and responded quickly to our questions. there was one bed where the sheets were not changed and had hair on it which was off-putting. the stairs were not well swept but the rest of the place was clean. clean up instructions were very simple which is appreciated. the first floor is not super large but our family of 10 was fine eating at various spots

We had a great stay! Easy check in process and clear instructions that also helped in finding the place. Having a secure place for the car was so nice!! The place was cozy and comfortable and the bed was soooo comfortable! Clean and thoughtfully stocked on some essentials like coffee, shampoo, toiletries which was great. Quiet neighborhood area that is also just a minute or two drive from all the action - best of both worlds! Also a nice patio area for just sitting outside in nice weather as well! Would absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

Stayed here for a few days while visiting Austin with friends. The hosts were extremely responsive and were quick to assist us with anything we need. Location is good and only a short Uber ride away from downtown! Definitely worth staying here again.
