Great house with plenty of space, and the water volleyball net was great in the pool!

Great place for large groups, the pool area came in clutch during the down time through out the day and cool off. Location is conveniently close to all things to do in Austin.

Our stay was perfect for our bachelorette party. The house was conveniently located near Rainey Street, making it easy to explore the city. The pool was a huge hit with the group since it was nearly 100 degrees and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Austin.

The home was in a great location and fit all of our needs! The bed rooms were fun, we were walkable to Rainey Street even in the heat of July and the pool, that was a must have, fit all 14 of us. Make sure to communicate sleeping situations with your guests before hand so everyone knows that they may need to share space. Something we should’ve done before arriving, but the house was awesome!

This place was absolutely stunning! The backyard is such a cozy hang, and the hosts were hands down the best communicators you can find on this app. They were so accommodating and attentive. The space was plenty for our wedding guests to enjoy.

This is a great place to stay in Austin for a big group. We were graciously accepted for a one night booking for a Bachelorette party. The home is clean, super cute and fit our group of 10-12 perfectly. The host was responsive and helpful.

Super nice and spacious place. Only negative was the pool heater wasn't working during our stay but they were actively trying to fix it. Sadly it didn'tt get fixed during our stay but everything else was great!

Perfect spot for a group of friends in town. Easy-ish walk to Rainey St. Uber's were always very close by. Nice and comfortable place.

This was a great stay, we found everything we were looking for and was just as described in the listing. We found a few things that we would like to suggest based on our stay. The toilet downstairs ran all the time, not a huge problem, but kind of annoying to those in the bedroom next to it. There was not a ton of seating in the main area for as many guests as it can sleep, maybe thinking of adding more to that, and outside. Otherwise the space was very nice, plenty of beds, plenty of blankets and towels, hosts were very nice a responsive when we had questions, and helpful with check-in, check-out instructions. Thank you

Place was pristine, easily the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in. The instructions to get into the house were clear and fairly simple. The place was really close to downtown, close to a lot of restaurants and bars that are walkable or less than a 10 minute drive away. The pool was nice and clean. Overall really enjoyed the experience and it was a great price for the space.

Great place! Although there was only three of us and so much space - the house was beautiful! I wish it was closer distance to center city but it was approx a $5 Uber there and back so not bad at all! Urban Stay was super responsive and I felt safe knowing if there were any issues they would be on it!

Amazing place to stay‚ we had a HUGE group and they had more then enough room for everybody. This place is a must see in real life. Host communication was amazing and quick. Perfect location close to everything. There were some small things like no hot water in the master bath and no hot tub which was advertised. But the pro's outweigh the cons and this property was perfect for our guys weekend. We walked our scootered all around Austin from its central location and could dip in the pool to cool off when we returned or hang out by the fire late nights.

Great stay! The place was very hospitable for the whole group. Would definitely rent again. Thank you so much for the quick response to any questions we had.
