Perfect home for our large family.

Overall a great spot for a large group. We comfortably slept 16 people in this unit. There's a coffee, bagel shop and bar within walking distance which made it easy for people to split off and not have to drive around. There was enough plates and utensils for us to cook meals and the place stayed nice and cool despite the Texas heat! Hosts were easy to communicate with and pricing was reasonable for a holiday weekend. Loved the roof top area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Washer dryer with detergent came in clutch. Check in was easy and cleaning requirements were minimal. Would stay again with a large group!

overall good stay and we would return. the hosts were laid back and responded quickly to our questions. there was one bed where the sheets were not changed and had hair on it which was off-putting. the stairs were not well swept but the rest of the place was clean. clean up instructions were very simple which is appreciated. the first floor is not super large but our family of 10 was fine eating at various spots

This home was the perfect fit our family Holiday Reunion! It catered to young kids as well as adults. The best was the number of full bathrooms so everyone wasn't fighting over the showers. The hosts were very responsive with any questions/concerns I had and were able to accommodate a late check out. The home had a lot of charm and was in a great area of East Austin. I would most definitely rent from them again!

The home was a wonderful place. The duplex is tucked back in the lot with parking and a beautiful outdoor area. The house was clean and full of amenities. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to hang out and relax after a day of exploring Austin. UrbanStay's quickly responded to any question I had and even let us place our bags in the home before our check-in time. I would come back to this location any time.

This house was perfect for our stay in Austin. We had 9 girls and everyone was able to have their own bed with most of the bedrooms having an attached bathroom. It was an easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Austin!

We really enjoyed our stay here for my bachelorette party! The bathrooms attached to every bedroom were super helpful for a big group of girls getting ready at the same time. We also really appreciated all the different areas to gather like the fire pit, balcony, and living room.

Great location, and perfect place for larger groups!

Wish I could own this property! Love it so much. Stayed with colleagues on a work trip, we all had our own en suite and each bedroom gave us the peace and quiet from others in the home. Place was very clean and upkept, huge TV to watch a game at night. We cooked ourselves dinners in the big kitchen while we all worked on our computers. All in all I will be looking to see when this place is available next time down!

What a great place for our family reunion! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was terrific, and we enjoyed the rooftop and front outdoor area. Everything was spotless, too. We walked the trails, went for coffee, food trucks, and other shopping easily, and it was a short drive into downtown. Would stay here again for sure!!

Our stay was great. We stayed here with a group for a team offsite and it worked out perfectly. The setup of bedrooms each with a private bathroom was really great. The kitchen was huge with space for four of us to work at the counter! Also lots of places to plug in if needed. Kitchen had everything we needed for appliances and dishwater. Loved having a dishwasher which we used a lot. The bedrooms were all nice and had good space. The bunk room off the kitchen was nice for any overflow but does not have an attached bathroom. The roof deck off the top floor bedroom was a nice space to hang out. Check in was super easy and it was great to not need a key- more flexibility when the group split up and came home at different times. We didn'tt explore the neighborhood much but it looked fun and lots of stuff within walking distance. Proximity to the airport was great. About 10 minutes with no traffic. Overall worked perfectly for us.

Couldn'tt have asked for a better stay for the weekend for a buddy's birthday. Great location as we golfed at two municipal courses that were both approximately 15 mins away. The airport was also located less than 15 mins away. A group of 12 of us fit comfortably. Weather was amazing during our stay so the patio was a great place to hangout and use the grill and the fireplace. Hosts were very prompt at responding anytime I had questions. Easy check-in and check out process and great information guide book included if you'tre looking for recommendation.

I highly recommend staying here if you have a big group in Austin. We had a group of 10 and were extremely comfortable. It was the perfect combination of common space (there's a pool table, a giant tv, and a large open concept kitchen, there's also an outdoor grill) and privacy (5 bathrooms, three floors, every bedroom has a door that closes and locks, and there are two outdoor seating areas — one on the roof and one that is shared outside). This property is a duplex, and I believe there are people living on the other side. This was never an issue. There is also another home on the property where one of the hosts lives, she was very friendly, helpful, and non-invasive.The neighborhood is centrally located. There's a grocery store, cafes/restaurants, and plenty of bars nearby. Ubers were cheap & quick to arrive. If you rent a car, parking is easy to find on the property.
