The hot tub was awesome. The space was exactly what we needed. Huge TV was a plus. Shampo body wash being provided was super clutch too!

Spacious and great for large groups. Kitchen generously stocked. No ice maker however. Plenty of towels. Decorated super fun with spot on Austin vibe. You do have to Uber to 6th street and downtown. But neighborhood is peaceful and not a lot of traffic where it is located. Backyard is great but hot tub was dirty and there were no bean bags for baggo which was disappointing. Nice grill and grill utensils. Like that checkout is at 11am and not usual 10am. Overall a very good place and would recommend.

This Airbnb was the perfect place to spend a bachelorette weekend and fit 11 girls well across 4 bedrooms with three full bathrooms. Everyone got a bed! The Airbnb was a short, 15 min Uber from the downtown area. The hosts were always very responsive. Would recommend for large groups!

We had a couple of issues with the washer but the host was so quick to send their maintenance team the same day to find a solution. We appreciate the attention and the beautiful home. Would rent from here again.

This was the perfect air bnb for our friends vacation with 4 couples and a baby. We loved the back yard set up and the hot tub. Urban stay had great communication response time and was very quick to bring us any additional items we needed for our stay. It was about 15–20 minutes from most places we went. We will definitely book again with Urban stay if we are ever in the area again.

We had such a great stay here for my best friends bachelorette weekend! Fit 12 of us comfortably and had everything we needed. Close to downtown, exactly as described on the posting, we loved this house! Hosts were excellent with communication and so accommodating.

This house was great for our couples trip! There was 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. Between 3 couples, all of the beds were good but the master bedroom bed was a little squeaky; nothing a little bit of wd40 would fix and a quick tightening of the screws would do the job. Other than that, everything was super awesome! The hosts were super communicative and helpful. The decor was also so awesome! We loved it!

This is my second time staying in this property. My friends and I stayed over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Greta Space, Very Clean, the Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The house is well equipped and has a pretty fun backyard, It was a bit cold and the hot tub came in handy. We even played a round of mini golf. The house is conveniently located, 10 minutes from the airport and about a 6-7 min Uber ride to downtown. Will certainly be coming back.

This place was absolutely perfect for a big group staying for the weekend of a wedding. It’s literally 10 minutes from downtown, super close to some great restaurants. You’re far enough away to get a real great sleep with little to no noise from the craziness of Austin. The beds were all super comfortable and everyone had space with the way the place is setup. Having coffee by the fire in the backyard felt like we were in a movie. The hosts are so gracious and communication was fast and easy! Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

This place is exactly as identified in the description. If anything, my group and I might’ve liked it more than we expected too. Hot tub and yard were easy to access - from corn hole to little mini golf holes, and small bonfire. Great spot for photo ops, have such cute memories from my trip. Would recommend for sure!
