Really great airbnb and conveniently located near downtown. The front yard was super nice and shaded by a tree. Parking is easy to get into. The airbnb is a nice and big 2 story home with a cool little loft. The decor was really nice. Instructions were super clear and easily accessible (and as described)!

This was a really nice property with good amenities and lots of room for our family of 7. There's a loft with 3 beds and good privacy in addition to the primary (king bed) and second floor bedroom with 2 queen/full beds. Cool decor and no carpet makes the property very clean. There's a game room in the garage with a pool table. Could use some new pots and pans as well as more cooking utensils for kitchen use. Very nice property!

Super responsive hosts! Felt very comfortable at the airbnb and was a great place to host a big group for my brothers bachelor party. Walkable to Rainey! Backyard was a great place to hangout!

Great spot with nearby attractions. Nice if you want to be just off the main drag in a quieter residential neighborhood. Hosts were very easy to work with.

The house is great for a large group and easy walk to Rainy St. Little things made it great. The beds are super comfy which is the most important feature. Free tooth paste and tooth brush and other little helpful amenities.You need to be aware that it shares a wall with another condo so if you'tre group gets load then be aware that you can get a noise complaint. Overall great stay.

Amazing modern, stylish property, super creative and artsy. Nice private outdoor space. Less than 10min walk from tons of restaurants and stores including Target. Hosts are very responsive and helpful and will accommodate you to the best of their abilities.

Great location and amenities, clean and well kept. Only snag was that the garbage disposal of the kitchen sink was broken on arrival, leading to a fully clogged sink. We requested help but it took 2 days to get fixed. Initially the phone agents we called told us to try to unclog it ourselves which I didn't think was helpful since it was equipment failure not a simple clog. Once the maintenance guy got there he did a great job replacing it efficiently, but if there was a more urgent issue my concern is it might not get resolved promptly. Other than that would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. The house was beautiful, fun, and very clean. Location was great, a quick walk to Rainey Street and an easy uber to other areas of town. What I appreciated most about our stay was the responsiveness and positive attitude of the UrbanStay support staff! They were extremely communicative and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

This is THE spot to stay in Austin, Texas. We came for a bachelor party and it made our entire Austin experience SO much better. The whole place awesome and a super short walk to Rainey Street. My group will definitely be staying here in the future.

Cool house and perfect location - we had 5 kids (ranging 8-14) and 2 adults. The kids loved the room options. There were plenty of beds and everything was well stocked (towels, cooking utensils, pots pans, paper towels, shampoo, body wash etc). We had a great family vacation.

Our group loved our stay ! It was a funky house that had plenty of room for 9 guys to sleep and spread out. It had all the basic accomodations we needed and the staff at UrbanStay was very responsive to any questions we had. Couldn't beat the 5 min walk to Rainey Street.

Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out.There were no issues with check in and we did not ever need to contact the host, because everything was already in place.Great location as it is a short distance to Rainey St.Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Austin!

Fantastic spot for a bachelor party. We had 15 guys share the space. 15 minute or so drive from air port. Walking distance from Rainey, and a short Uber distance from 6th St. Great location. The property has all the amenities you need. The property manager is very communicative, and super helpful with accommodations. Overall amazing experience!

This house is one of the best house that I’ve been in it so much space the game room was awesome the campfire area was to die for specially the host they responded within such quick timing if I needed anything definitely a place to have a party at I have put this place at the top number one of my list and I will most definitely be coming back to throw my party’s/events here.

This was a perfect house to celebrate my friends bachelorette party! Urban stay was super responsive whenever we needed anything. The place was spotless and they provided us with bathroom supplies, fresh towels, and a full kitchen. The fire pit and backyard was amazing as well. It was a 5 minute walk to Rainey street too! Would definitely stay here again.
