Overall had a great experience. “Sleeps 20” was a bit off but was able to accommodate our 14 nicely. Great location and property!

Had my bachelor party there. Overall the place is a great stay in an amazing location. Just to note - one of the bedrooms is in an ADU right next to the main house, and the pool table is located in there as well so a bit isolated.

Great house that fit a group of 12 comfortably. We had a lot of fun and especially enjoyed some late nights outside in the yard area.

Everything you'd want in a host - communicative and flexible. The house was perfect for our stay and fit 11 guys very comfortably. Would highly recommend for a large group.

The home and its location were great. It had ample bedding for my family and friends. No one slept in garage area because of the lack of a bathroom. All other areas of the home were utilized. It is a beautiful home and very clean. We weren't at the home often due to the reason for our visit; but, I would definitely stay again if I had a larger party. They provided ample towels, great amenities (game room, TVs, outside seating, kitchen and dining spaces, etc), and overall an awesome space. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. They have other properties in the same area if you are hosting a family event like we did. Our other family members were about 2 blocks away. It made it very convenient to meet up and car pool when needed. That property was awesome as well. Thanks for making a heartbreaking trip less stressful.

We were in town for a work conference and felt that this house accommodated our group well. We all had plenty of space and the house was equipped with everything we needed. I brought up a couple issues to the host after checking in and they responded extremely fast and were quickly able to get the issues taken care of. Great location and a 5 minute uber to downtown! We would stay here again!

Got the boys together for a boys trip. The place was everything we asked for, it was cool, spacious, had plenty of areas for activities, dope amenities. We came to do things in Austin but ended up spending more time at the house because it was so cool! Looking forward to coming back!

Great place to stay in an awesome location. A super short walk to Austins best district, Rainey street. The place had a ton of space, was super clean, and had a really cool yard to relax in. Urban Stay was quick to respond to any questions we had, and made the check in/check out process super easy.

Great place to stay!

We had such a great time at The Austin Clubhouse! We had 14 of us staying for a bachelor party and we couldn't of had more fun! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the back yard was a great space for cornhole and other activities. We loved the game room and all it had to offer. The location was the perfect spot to either walk or get cheap Ubers to and from Rainey Street or 6th Street.

They were incredibly communicative and responded quickly. The fact they allowed a bunch of 18 year olds to rent it was very generous as most places declined us. Their professionalism was very much appreciated. UrbanStay will most definitely be used again if we take another trip to the area!

Definitely recommend for a big group. The outside seating was great to hangout and the house has plenty of space as well. Cleanliness was very high and all the beds were very comfortable. Location is perfect too you are just a couple minutes from just about everything.

Exactly as pictured and like all the other comments say perfect for a big group. We were 10 (originally 14). If you’re not sharing beds, then after 11 there’s the sofa beds. Perfect location would recommend to anyone.

Loved the place, it was great

This spot is great for large groups who want to be walking distance to Rainey and other bars/restaurants in the East Austin area. If location is important to you, this spot is a no brainer. Communication from the UrbanStay team was also excellent and prompt.

A close walk to Rainey street. An awesome house with plenty of space for people to relax. I would absolutely recommend booking this house for a large group trip to the Austin area!

This house is built for a group of travelers looking to take Austin by storm. The house has plenty of beds and is well situated to see all parts of the city. Rainey Street is just a short walk away and East 6th and Red River a longer but pleasant walk. Though the backyard is charming and a great place to hangout, the interior of the house isn't cozy or comfortable, so if you want somewhere to relax and unwind this is not the house for you. But if it's going to be a jumping off point for days and nights on the town it does the job.

A group of friends and I recently stayed here for my bachelor party and the house was the highlight of the trip! Phenomenal location just a few minutes walk from Rainey Street (or even faster with scooters) and the house made for a great pre-game/post-game spot before and after a night out on the town. Not to mention the sounds system was grade A quality, the beds were comfy, and the outdoor area and game-room were great for entertaining our large group throughout the whole stay. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a posh looking place for a big group, this is the place to go. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and absolutely loved it. The host was so quick to answer any of our questions, and they were accommodating with our luggage even when we left on Sunday. It’s walking distance from Rainey, and there’s a lot of scooters around. Lyfts were no more than $10 each! Highly recommend, and I’d come back here in the future.
