A great hidden gem in East Austin! Ample rooms, hosted 9 people easily! Clear instructions were provided, it was just down the street from an H-E-B. Easy drive downtown. Great backyard, everything was very organized. Way above average for an Airbnb! They went beyond & above what they needed to. Kitchen was large, many seating options available. There was enough space to have your own private area upstairs as well! We will be back again! Hosts were responsive!

This place was so cute! They left us very clear instructions to find the place and get in. They were communicative and the check out instructions were very laxxed compared to other airbnbs I've stayed at.

Beautiful place to stay!! I felt right at home, and had more than enough space for all the guests. There are so many amenities in the house that were of great use. We had a great stay here for a company retreat of 6 for ACL weekend. Great location with a short uber ride to everything including the airport. Host was super cool and responsive and accommodated an early checkin. Loved the stocked Nespresso machine! Super easy and relaxing and was a nice place to call "home" for 4 days. We had a great time!

The house and space were great, but the lack of communication up front about wifi not working, no notice the water and ice didn'tt work on the refrigerator, lack of cutting boards and dish towels could'tve easily been avoided. These are amenities and accessories you would expect in a 4-bedroom house. All they had to do was communicate, or offer a concession for our inconveniences but neither was granted.

I booked Urban Stay’s place for a party of 14 people. The listing stated there were 6 beds, 1 pull out couch and 2 air mattresses. The “pull out” was a foam pad with no pull out to put it on and the air mattresses had no pump to blow them up. We ended up buying 3 of our own air mattresses to sleep everyone and avoid having to look for a new place to stay. We left our air mattress purchases at the location, so hopefully guests can benefit from these in the future.Nonetheless, this place was conveniently located. Although I wouldn’t recommend walking the streets at night, it was about a 10-15 minute Uber from downtown, the airport, etc. UberEats and DoorDash both delivered to the location. There was a coffee shop and a dollar tree a block up the road. We had a late flight leaving ATX and the hosts offered us the option for a late checkout for a $50 fee, which we were grateful for! The check in and check out process were both very seamless and easy.As our stay went on, some more concerns began to arise. We quickly noticed that the oven did not work. The gas line didn’t seem to be connected but it was giving off an unusual smell. We had a firefighter in our party who checked it out and determined it unsafe for use. I notified the host of this in private and received no response. The upstairs hallway bathroom had a foul smell for the entire trip. We opened the windows and continued to use it thinking it was coming from the toilet. On our last day there, we noticed the abundance of BLACK MOLD on the inner shower curtain, bathtub and outer shower curtain. We immediately went to purchase cleaning products to clean the area, clean ourself and our belongings. We were not going to risk infection and disease due to black mold. I messaged the host with my concerns and included pictures in hopes that they would address these concerns in private. The hosts failed to respond to my message.In all, this is not a horrible place to stay, just be aware and take it for what it is. Enjoy ATX!

Booked this location for a 13 person bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The decor fit the occasion spot on and there was plenty of social space with the balcony, back patio, side and front yard, and large kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and we had more than enough sleeping space for everyone. Also a super quick Uber to the popular bars and Lake Austin! Would highly recommend to anyone with a large group!

This place was great for our bachelor party group to come stay for the long weekend in Austin. It was an easy Uber to the downtown areas. The dollar store across the street was good for getting snacks and little things we may have forgot. The place was clean and plenty big for our group of 10.

Perfect house for my cousins Bachelorette weekend!! The decor and everything was perfect! We had a couple hiccups but the owner came and helped us. Location was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to other people!

We entirely enjoyed our stay and loved every bit of Austin, TX, along with the beautiful Airbnb! They were incredibly helpful, quick to respond to any sort of question, the house was spotless and spacious, we even had fun at the house while not exploring the city. The hosts were super understanding and comforting to us all while we ended up needing to extend our stay due to cancelled flights per unfortunate weather (who knew an ice storm could take over Texas???). We loved every bit of our time and stay and can’t wait to come back! Thanks for providing us with a great place and such wonderful hospitality!!

Great place!! We needed a few items but there is an HEB so close that we were able to walk and get what we needed. The host was very responsive and super accommodating! He even dropped us off an item we needed on a Saturday within an hour. Our group had a blast!

Was down in Austin for a birthday and the stay here was great. The house was amazing! Loved the backyard and school bus and the hosts were very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying at one of their listings.

This Airbnb was so amazing and stylish. Also it’s just 15 mins away from 6th street.

Hosts were responsive and helpful. House was lovely and modern in terms of technology and design. Patios were my favorite part of the house. Location was close to a number of places to visit and explore. Some additional touches to enhance comfort of visitors was shared with the hosts.

This place was awesome! Perfect stay for a friends / bachelor / bachelorette trip! Beds were comfortable and everything was super modern. 10-15 minute Uber drive from both downtown and the airport. Super clean and was able to accommodate 8 people easily. Outside balcony and backyard deck were perfect and even had a fire pit on both levels! 10/10 would recommend!

STAY HERE! This home is jaw dropping. The design is spectacular! The pictures don't do it justice. UrbanStay is so accommodating! I've stayed at several of their properties and keep coming back. I would highly recommend checking them out, especially this house! So many thoughtful touches. And a quick 8 minute Uber to E 6th, Rainey Street, and downtown. My group will definitely be staying here again soon :)

This place was amazing!! I think I was the first group that stayed there so I was a little hesitant but the pictures were so cool so me and my group checked it out! No regrets at all! In fact it far surpassed our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, wonderfully designed, the host left us smores, and everything was just spectacular. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Definitely coming here again!!
