Phenomenal.

Perfect space for a large group. We stayed with as a group of colleagues and used the space for a day of work meetings. The layout was great for everyone to have private space to stay and also for us to have good open space for working and spending time together.

I really enjoyed my recent stay with UrbanStays. We booked this accommodation for a company retreat and it did not disappoint. It was spacious and all of the common spaces, as well as the bedrooms, were comfortable. There were some really nice amenities and the directions were easily understood. I liked the neighbourhood and the quietness of the area, with the proximity to some nice places to grab a coffee in the morning! My only small thing is I felt one of the bathrooms could have been better cleaned. There appeared to be easily-removable stains and streaks on the walls, as well as lining the sides of the toilet and tub. A bit more attention to detail would have been appreciated! This was the only negative point of an otherwise awesome stay. Highly recommend for a group trip!

The place is lovely and the location is fantastic. However, they have a decibel counter on the side of the house that was triggered during the NYE fireworks - because of the fireworks. It sends you messages about how if there are multiple alerts you will be charged more. This was very stressful, as we were inside, being quiet at the time. Aside from this, the stay was wonderful and the location really cannot be beat.

This place is really great with just a few notes. Had both sides and 11 people very comfortably. They are set up for maximum people so we didn't even need all the beds which was great. As another reviewer mentioned the garage spots and closets are turned into bedrooms and are fine but maybe not a cozy are the main room but, again, perfectly fine. In the description is says pets allowed but you don't find out there is a fee until you book and get set up for check in. Should just say "Pets Allowed-$50 fee" on the description. Also, it states small cats and very small dogs so just be aware. The place is really fun and a great location as we were in town for a wedding that was just a few blocks away. Our only issue was the hot tub was not heated when we got there and was in some sort of eco mode and there were not any instructions on using the hot tub. They got if fixed but it cost us a day/night of hot tub use. Just ask them to pre heat if going to use. Great place! Thanks!

Great place and very responsive hosts, even on Christmas Day!

I booked this space due to its proximity to our office and its accommodation for a larger group. The location provided easy access to hip restaurants and social events. Both units were clean and provided rest and recharge in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

My husband and I booked this for family members visiting Austin for our wedding, and we all had a great time. It's a great location very close to downtown, but still has a neighborhood feel. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks in the area. The two homes are spacious, well-stocked, and easily accommodated our group of 20. The kids had a great time playing in the yard. The host was very communicative and friendly as well. We will almost certainly be booking this home again when we have visitors in town.

Great place. There were 18 of us for a 3-day friend reunion, which worked nicely to have a "quiet house" and a "louder house." Hosts were responsive, helpful, and communicative. Following the advice of another review, we asked for the hot-tub to be preheated for our arrival, and so it worked great the first night, although when we got in we noticed some styrofoam (?) flecks. Not a big deal, we figured we'd just tell the company upon leaving, but then the third night when we got in (for the 2nd time), it wouldn't heat up past 94 degrees; a quick internet search says that the filter may have been clogged and that's why it was stuck at 94. Could also have been user error on our part, but was too late at night at that point to reach out - though I'm sure they would've helped if it was earlier in the day. Overall, great location (walkable coffee shops nearby, great restaurants), quiet, nicely laid out and designed. Would stay again.

Good experience! We had a group of 8 that flew in for work, so the intention was for each to have our own rooms. The place was easy to access, spacious, and well air-conditioned. Definitely clean and the beds were comfy! Cafe nearby called Sa-Ten w/ good Japanese curry and coffee! :)A few notes:- The 2 downstairs rooms (1 in each property), seemed to be converted garage spaces, so they were a little less cozy compared to the upstairs rooms.- The 2 small twin-sized bedrooms (1 in each property) are annexed rooms connected to a larger room upstairs, so it was quite awkward. Appears to be converted walk-in closets? Wish that was mentioned more clearly in the description.Overall happy w/ our stay - thank you!!

The home fits the pictures and description. Check in is easy, they are easy to contact if needed. Lots of rooms and beds, some are retrofitted garage units as described in other reviews, so just be aware. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Location is good, very close to downtown Austin.

Lovely rental for a large group!

We were traveling in a larger group and were very satisfied with the accommodation. We had several cars with us, and the large driveway allowed us to accommodate all of them. It was very clean and lacked nothing. Would gladly stay again.

This house is terrific for a group of friends! It was super comfortable and had plenty of room for a big group. Nice kitchen and bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn'tt love the location, but it was easy enough to get places. The cowboy pool wasn'tt working. We didn'tt end up using the hot tub, but that's a great amenity.

Nice quiet location…both houses were great and easy to access. Comfy beds with clean towels folded on each. Extra razors, face cleaning wipes and toothbrushes were such a nice touch. Nespresso machine and a coffee machine available was great. Team was very communicative when I followed up. 10 PM quiet time is a must with local neighbors nearby.If you’re serving a large group bring your own platters or trays and cutting boards. Lots of plates, cups and bowls for use. Near local convenience stores.Easy Bluetooth and tv hooks up. Yard area could have used some clean up but with the weather changes, understandable. Great for my group!

Super dope spot for friends bachelorette in ATX last weekend. Mad chill and sick decorations. Outside splash pad (cool for day) and hot tub (hot for night) was a sick combo. Hosts weren’t in our business but definitely helped out. Had a absolute ball here and was so easy to get to bars and other parts of town. Totally stocked with all amenities kitchen toiletries etc. Really good food close by, I’d give a specific rec but it was all so good hahaha (check out Jacoby’s just down the road). I’d say stay here if you have the opportunity to.

UrbanStay made our time in Austin very comfortable and enjoyable. This was a really neat home that felt well decorated and cozy. You could tell everything was brand new. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms which we needed there were 27 of us in the group. It was a unique space for all of us to be comfortable sharing together. The front yards were our favorite parts, as was the hot tub and tiny pool. Nice privacy but still felt like we were close to everything. Check-in was very easy and UrbanStay was flexible and worked with us even when there as an issue with check-out on our end. Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Amazing find for a bachelor party of 23 friends. Short Ubers to downtown made it perfect for a home base. Highly recommended!
