Definitely worth why we paid! I was in charge of booking a place for 10 people and I received so much praise for choosing this place! Everything was clean, looked exactly like the pictures and we all had a wonderful time together at such a beautiful house! Loved getting the opportunity to stay here! Will hopefully be back soon!

This house has the perfect setup for bigger groups, that are also looking for privacy. We really enjoyed staying here because of the open space, amenities and location. Would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling in for work or family/friend trip, and want a fun spot to add to the trip.

Stayed here for a good friend's bachelor party. The property was nice and comfortably fit all 20 of us. The pool and backyard was very enjoyable in the Austin heat. Great location, 5 min walk to Rainey Street.

This was possibly the best airbnb I have stayed at. Interior design was beautiful. What these people have done with the place is incredible. I honestly don't know what it is, but I had better quality sleep at this place than my own house haha. Owners were nice. Hot tob was incredible in the cold. I will 100% return to this airbnb everytime I visit Austin. Cups, plates, tissue, whatever you need, nothing is missing at all. It truly felt like home. Thank you UrbanStay team!!

We had a group of ten aged 18-81 and everyone really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfy beds and great outside space. Close to downtown and good restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your group.

We had a great stay at the house! Communication with our host was great, they always responded quickly and answered questions. The place was well located, but it was fun just hanging out at the house - excellent space!We didn'tt have enough kitchenware for a large group, and some of the pans were worn down. Also would recommend bringing a lighter/matches for the grill!

This is the perfect spot for a large group trip! There are more than enough comfortable beds for everyone, spacious common areas, and a large private backyard! The decor was fun and modern, everything was clean and as expected. Very close ride to airport and downtown bars/restaurants!

We had such a wonderful stay here for my bachelorette party! The sleeping arrangements were perfect and the common areas were very comfortable for our group. If we had any issues, Valerie and Kyle were extremely responsive. All in all I would highly recommend staying at this property with a big group!

Valerie and Kyle's place is in a perfect location at downtown Austin, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Valerie and Kyle's was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Amazing property! The pool is an oasis in the summer heat. Loved the location, as it’s walking distance from Rainey st and from east 6th. Have stayed with this group before and won’t hesitate to stay again.

Ultimate house to kick it and relax. Great location. Clean and new. The appliances in the house are all brand new. The spaces are very well appointed. The kitchen had a Nespresso machine, spices and cooking tools, and everything else you may need. The pool and outside areas are phenomenal. I would dig my heels in this place for a few days again for sure.

Amazing pool party! And the house is bad-ass. Will def come back for friends upcoming bachelorette! Also thanks to the hosts for extra towels and nearby food recs. Location was 5-10 min walk to Rainey street bars and Target/Whole Foods was also just up the street. Super convenient. Thanks again!

10/10 highly recommended!! This setup was perfect for my group of 20 girls over the weekend. The pool/hot tub on the backyard was a hit. Great for lounging out in the sun. Everything was brand new and the decor was so much fun. Thoughtful amenities too like Bose speakers, Nespresso, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens/towels. Top notch hosts with great communication. We'll be back!
