Great place, fun decor, beds and pillows were comfortable, clean and updated bathrooms, and the pool and backyard were great for our kids and dog!

Great house to rent, lots of comfortable beds and a huge TV in the living area.

The house is wonderful. Its got a fun decor, its spacious and very clean. It accommodated our group of 8 with out any problems. We were on a boys trip so a short uber ride to bars and restaurants. We all enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend this place for larger groups.

Loved my stay at this place! Peaceful and private feel but centrally located and near to tons of good stuff. Host was super responsive and helpful as well. Great value.

Great place not far from everywhere the only issue was the house is smaller than it looks in the pictures but you didn't come to stay in your house so great place

My friends and I had an amazing time at the Airbnb! We had a lovely time throughout our stay in Austin thanks to UrbanStay, especially taking advantage of the outdoor area (i.e. the pool, volleyball court, etc). I highly recommend staying here!

This was a great great space for my group! The place is great for hanging during during the day and lounging by the pool, but would recommend going at a night they do have very serious noise rules. It’s so close to downtown and everything was beautiful, clean and so so fun!!!

A great stay!! We chose this house for the pool/included activities and the close distance to main town Austin and it did not disappoint! Was perfect for our family vacation and had the right amount of sleeping spaces. Even the added spaces of the couch and cot were a nice bonus. We would definitely consider booking again for our next trip.

The house was as advertised, very easy drive from 6th to the house. The pool was amazing and the host was fantastic.

What an amazing place! I loved being able to host a small graduation celebration for my daughter here. The decor, vibe and layout was very festive and provided a wonderful background for the occasion. Of course the backyard is awesome with a perfectly sized pool and plenty of space to entertain. Arrangements, check-in and check-out were easy and effortless.I would highly encourage anyone who is looking for a festive place with great vibes to consider this space for your next celebration!

We had a great stay! Our initial code wasn’t working to get in to the house and I got worried since we didn’t arrive until 10:30pm, but I sent a message and it was quickly resolved! There were 9 girls and we were comfortable. We did bring an air mattress just because pull outs are usually uncomfy. The house itself is decorated so fun! And the outdoor area is seriously amazing. Highly recommend!

The stay was awesome! There was another Airbnb we had originally picked, for them to send us a lot of very particular rules about noise after 10pm and to “not bother the neighbors” along with many many other wild rules, to the point we had to look else where. That’s when we found this place. UrbanStay went the extra mile in accommodating my group of 4 in the sense of allowing us to have a good time and not feeling like we had to tip toe around and whisper the entire time lol. When people go on vacation they want to have fun! And we had just that. The pool was also clean and once the sun set the colored led lights in it were awesome. Id recommend them adding a picture of the pool at nighttime to their profile to further attract guests! Would highly recommend for anybody interested!

Great place for groups! Not as close to Rainey as we expected, but if you're willing to do an Uber it's fine. It was perfect for a group trip - amazing pool and yard, quiet neighborhood, super modern and comfortable beds. Thanks for having us!

Nice house.

We had an amazing time! Communication was top tier! Any questions we had they answered right away! We had a group of 10 girls and the fit worked great. It wasn’t tight at all. The cots are also super comfortable! Easy Ubers to both Rainey and 6th st. Would highly recommend!

Well equipped and roomy inside and out! Very cool interior decor and really nice private backyard featuring a pool, fire pit, bbq, lawn games and plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a bachelor party weekend!

Our group had a great time visiting Austin in this Airbnb. It was clean, roomy, had lots of games, and the backyard was great. Only item that I was surprised on was the pool does not have a heating option. Would recommend friends to stay here.

This is one of the coolest places I have stayed at and is exactly as it appears in the photos which is hard to come by. Communication with the host was great and had bo issues during the entire stay. The location is great in terms of being close to the action. On the other hand the area that the house is located in is not as nice as the house itself.

Hosts are great, excellent communication the entire time. They even reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Place is with 6-10 min Uber to Rainey street (good for day drinking) and 10-12 mins to 6th street. Between the pool, hot tub, ladder ball, and cornhole provided at the house have plenty to do before heading out for the night. Highly recommend and would come back!
