Great stay! We loved the amenities, including the pool and hot tub! The airbnb was as advertised. Clean with comfy beds. We had some issues with the electronic locks but the hosts were very responsive and able to address our concerns. Would recommend booking with Urban Stay!

House is as advertised. Great for a group looking to enjoy Austin. Internet was not working when we first got there and management company was very responsive — fixed it within the hour. Would stay there again.

Nice, new and clean property for a large family of 14. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is only minutes from 6th Street and most other areas that you'd want to visit in the Austin area. Home is great for a short or extended stay. Very close to grocery store for quick runs. We weren't sure about or next property that we were going to stay at so the large laundry unit was nice to use. Kitchen and dining area was large enough to host a large group. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Communication between us and the hosts were very quick and they provided great information when needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! Thank you for hosting us.

Easy access to Austin and the Airport- This is a great place to stay for larger size groups particularly if you have a guest group that doesn't mind sharing a room- We stayed in both units for a company event and were able to have a house for the ladies and a house for the gents. Tons of Bedrooms and an interesting quirky decorating style (if you are easily offended though you may want to look through the photos to determine if it's your speed.) Our guests loved the outdoor entertainment areas especially the pool and hot tub...we did work at being extra quiet after 10pm, since the neighbor apparently doesn't take kindly to being loud after then. I think we all left wishing we were there for a non-work related event and imagining all the fun this property can offer. Seems like an ideal spot for a mini reunion, gals or guys weekend away, bachelorette or bachelor party. Thanks for a great one UrbanStay!

nice modern unit with plenty of space and nice features. the neighborhood is quiet and mellow, so act accordingly. 7 minutes from airport! and close to some cool restaurants and conveniences, property managers responded very quickly and cheerfully to address a minor hiccup during checkin. overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway for a small group in Austin.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect for our occasion. The layout was perfect for accommodating a large group and the decor matched our energy. The UrbanStay staff was easy to communicate with and made check in/ out super easy. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at this house for a Bachelorette party it was PERFECT. The pool and yard were so fun and the house was cool . Great location also- like 10 min for anywhere you would want to go and ubers took 5-7 min and were cheap. Great and quick communication with host. Would recommend!

I absolutely love this house! The pool outside is an absolute vibe, perfect to just hang out escape the heat and drink with friends. Crispy ac and amazing design, it feels like staying no where else. House is actually off the street with a long driveway, it feels so secluded and private with out sacrificing location and proximity to 6th st. 10/10 would and will stay again

Loved the pop art all over the home. This house was very modern. Great location. Very close to 6th street. We enjoyed waking up and drinking espresso coffee from their Nespresso machine. The home was very clean and spacious. It accommodated a family of 10 and still had extra room. We loved that the host left travel size toothbrushes and tooth paste in every restroom as well as razors. We enjoyed grilling outside and playing Jenga in the patio. The host was extremely kind and understanding when we had some minor set backs and had to request a late check out at the last minute. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay here again.

House was a fun escape for a week! The backyard was great and provided plenty of room for our group. UrbanStay is quick with a response time at most hours of the day so communication with them from the trip was easy! Definitely recommend this house over most other listings.

I would 1,000% recommend staying here with a large group. We had 16 girls and it was so great. A lot of room in each out. The vibes of both houses were amazing. A lot of things to do in the house. The only downfall is there is not an easy way to get to the back yard so everyone has to go through 2 peoples bedrooms to get to the pool.

Such an awesome place and the decor is soo cute. Our group had a blast and would highly recommend for accommodating larger parties! Close to all the fun places and restaurants too!

10/10.. Close enough to the city for the best night life and just far enough away to stay in relax and get away from the craziness! More then enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. Super cool house and even cooler hosts that will with out a doubt leave you with an Austin experience you’ll never forget. Do yourself a favor and just book it!

We rented this space for a large bachelorette group and it was the perfect hang out for the weekend. We had a great experience communicating some needs with the company and having small minor issues dealt with quickly. The neighborhood is a mix of older to new modernized homes but there was no problem coming home and being in the back yard with 20 girls at night. I would recommend this house for large groups that want something close to town but is also the perfect vibe to hang out at the house with friends. Thanks Urban Stays!

This was an amazing find! Had a bachelor party of 17 people and didn’t think we’d be able to find a place that would be able to accommodate, but this place was better than my wildest dreams. Plenty of space between two houses, a volleyball court, a big pool out back, and a hot tub located next to a putting green, all topped off with an interesting decor! Short Ubers to downtown made it perfect for a home base. Highly recommended!
