We had a great stay! Home is exactly as shown in the photos. Location was an easy Uber ride to everything downtown. We ended up not really walking anywhere due to weather, but walking would have been easy as well. The outside area was so nice with all the lounge seating! Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Austin!

The location was perfect to enjoy downtown Austin and the surrounding areas. The interior decorations were fun and really made the mood when we were hanging out at the house. I love the games that were available both inside and outside.

We had a great experience with this property and with UrbanStay! The house is beautiful and just as colorful and fun as the pictures suggest. There were plenty of amenities to make it feel like a real home from the moment you walk in. We booked this home for a work trip, and we fell in love with it, including the yard! We cooked inside, grilled on the BBQ pit, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and even had a game night around the fire pit. Anytime we had a question or issue, the host was incredibly quick, kind, and helpful in getting everything smoothed out for us! Can'tt recommend this place enough for a bigger group!

Great place, comfortable beds. I feel the family area living room would be tight for 16 people to hangout. There's plenty of sleep accommodations. If the weather is too cold or rainy and people stay inside the gathering area could get very crowded.

Our group stayed here for a conference. The decor is definitely geared towards a bachelorette group, but it made it sort of a novelty to stay for our group! The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean!

The response with the owner was very quick and he handled some minor issues/questions very quickly. The location was less than a 10 min walk to Rainey street and there were always scooters to rent laying around to make it even quicker. Our biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was freezing cold when we arrived. We were there for 3 nights and it didn'tt get warm enough to use until the last night. The hot tub was one of the main selling points for us other than location so that was upsetting. However, it was a very nice house with plenty of space for all of us and I would definitely recommend it!

12 women all stayed here for a moms trip and it was the perfect place for a big group! Some of us had to sit on the floor to all eat together but it had beds for everyone and that's all that matters! Every bathroom was amazing for getting ready. We only were able to walk to a local coffee shop but ubering to Rainey only cost us $5 each way and got rides within 1-2 minutes! Bose speaker worked amazing for us and cornhole outside was so fun. Would absolutely stay here again!

This Airbnb was a great place for our group of 14 to stay on a bachelor trip. The putting green and outdoor area was awesome to use. The beds were comfortable and a lot of bathrooms to share amongst everyone. Very clean and everything seemed to be well kept. The close proximity to Rainey Street (about a 6-7min walk) was the biggest selling point for us. It was also easy for Ubers to find the Airbnb and pick us up. Neighborhood felt safe. My only small gripe is unlike other airbnbs I'tve stayed at, they charged us for an early check-in which wasn'tt ideal. Overall, would recommend this to others. Nice place!

Wonderful!!! - This place was an amazing Airbnb. It was the perfect space for the 13 of us and even had room for more! The location was great and the outdoor area was really private which made us feel safe. UrbanStay was so helpful and kind, especially with how many questions I asked. I would definitely stay here again next time we come to Austin!

Came here for a bachelorette party. Initially was going to book for 16 girls— although that was what is described it would be PACKED and not enough room. However we had 10 girls and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds were so comfy! Would stay there again.

This AirBnb was sufficient for our large group! All the bedrooms were spacious and everyone had plenty of room. The host was very communicative and helped when needed. Maybe it was the time of year or the weather, but there were a lot of flies/gnats around the house. We had wifi issues which caused the air conditioning to stop working, but the host made sure to get it fixed and check in after to make sure everything was okay.

We had a great weekend at Urban Stay Airbnb! Host was very responsive via text and app. Adding on the extra beach towels was easy, and they were dropped off the next morning.

We had a Keller Williams conference and had a group of our agents and needed a place to sleep and be together at night and escape the August heat. It was a great place, only minutes from the convention center and worked for us very well!!

Great place for a weekend geteaway. The AC seemed to work good and the hot water issue that other guests reported was fixed when we arrived. No issues at all with this property. Would definitely recomend it for a big group.

Booked this Airbnb for my birthday-Had a fantastic time! The host was very responsive and there was plenty of space for everyone to have a comfortable stay. We loved the decor and all of the unique rooms-so cool! The hot tub and backyard were so nice to enjoy-had a bbq/casual get together for a bday dinner. The only issue we had while there was with the keyless entry on the front door-the lock mechanism was having technical issues but we just went out the sliding glass back door instead. (The owners were in the process of fixing the keypad/lock while we were there so future stays shouldn’t have any issues). The location was great, walkable distance to Rainey street, 6th street, and quick Uber ride to S congress. Overall great stay and would book again!

An exquisite stay worthy of your business. Our men’s entrepreneur group takes a trip from Houston to Austin every year. This year, we decided to forgo the hotels and get something with a more eclectic feel. Comfort is foremost among our considerations, and the 5 bedrooms accommodate all 12 of us no problem. This home amplified the joy of the bonding we were able to do, and we left the trip feeling a renewed vigor and spiritual connection. UrbanStay was very respectful of our group and provided us with superior service throughout the duration of our stay. Everything functioned as described in the listing, Nespresso coffee was to our liking, and the outdoor area was very agreeable. A magnificent lodging, if we do say so ourselves. While we’re not normally the partying types, we only ventured out once, but it was a riveting time on Rainey Street. If you enjoy a nice drink, good company, and strong friendship, we can’t recommend Half Step cocktail bar highly enough (7-8 min walk). We felt very at home.

This was easily my best Airbnb experience to date. The place has EVERYTHING you could want. Small touches like travel toothpaste, spice rack, stocked kitchen, charging cables, and other amenities like corn hole, oversized TV, and a giant hot tub... Wow! Everyone in our group was gushing about the entire experience. I just fell in love and want to spend another long weekend there! The decor, the fire pit, BBQ grill just the general vibe of the place is amazing. I want a vacation house that's a carbon copy!!! The host's communication was top notch and it was so easy to pop over to Rainey st and it's actually an easy 15 minute stroll to 6th as well! Whole Foods and Target a couple blocks up the road too. Very much recommended!

We stayed here with 13 people for a bachelor party and it was the perfect spot to be. Everything we planned on doing in was only a 10 minute drive away, and we had all the space we needed.

The house is great! They have a good response time and make sure that you are taken care! Have the two grills is plus as well! Rooms are nice and clean and beds are comfy! Definitely will stay again!

This place was great for our bachelorette party! The pool was clean, got sun all day and there were plenty of beach towels for us. The beds were super comfy and the place was well air conditioned. The general store next door was great for snacks/alcohol. Downtown was a quick 8 min uber ride away which was very convenient. Definitely recommend! We thought the dishwasher was broken so I messaged urban stay and they were very quick to get back to me that you just have to flip a switch on the wall and it turn on!

The house is set up perfectly for a fun getaway. The pool and backyard give you plenty of space to relax and enjoy without having to go out exploring. The overall experience was everything we wanted and more. There is a brewery within walking distance a great doughnut shop right next door and downtown is a quick drive away. This give the perfect amount of space and convenience.

Great house! So cool and very fun for a large group. Cheap Ubers to get everywhere we wanted to be. Comfortable beds and the bathroom in the master is so nice. Only issue we had was communication was a little difficult with the host, sometimes having to send things twice to get a response or not getting a response at all. Dishwasher didn’t work for us which caused a little inconvenience because someone in our group ended up hand washing all the wine glasses so we could use them every day.

Great place for two families to share! The garage has been converted to an upstairs and downstairs bedroom that each sleeps two kids. There’s a nightly train or two that goes past just across the street, but it’s a brief interruption of sleep. Otherwise the pool and the decor were exactly as expected, and the location is really convenient to everything, with a bunch of shops and galleries and coffee in easy walking distance.

We loved this Airbnb! We had a small issue in the beginning with not enough towels in the house for everyone but the host responded quickly and the problem was resolved. Loved the set up of the house, its very unique and spacious. We were able to all gather in both the living room/kitchen as well as the backyard area to hangout and drink. The uber rides were quick and not that expensive to downtown Austin. We were able to swim in the pool which was refreshing in such beautiful weather. Overall we had such an amazing time!!

Was a great stay overall! Wish there were some condiments in the fridge and the heater had operating instructions in the garage side(which we eventually figured out). But would definitely stay here again!

Airbnb is just as you see it in the pictures. Great location, 6-minute uber ride to downtown Austin. There's a convenience store next door where you can buy essentials. The decoration all over is amazing and plenty of space for a big group. We had a ton of fun and will be back soon.

We loved our stay at this house!!! It was the best birthday weekend ever. The house was perfect and we loved how unique the rooms were. It was also close to everything including the airport which was so nice! There was a bit of a water fiasco due to the freezing temperatures in Austin, but it was quickly taken care of and addressed, and it didn’t effect our stay at all. Thank you so much, I will definitely look into Urban Stay for any future trips to Austin!

And a small grocery store right next door was super convenient. It's within walking from a popular brewery too that you definitely gotta check out. Had my 21st birthday here and it was one and it was amazing. The location was close to everything, the space made it possible for everyone to have a great time. I’d do it all over again if I could.

House was exactly as described! Liquor store/market located a few feet away so it was absolutely convenient. Although we checked the weather ahead of time, it was too cold to utilize the pool which was why we chose the house in the first place, but that’s mother nature’s fault. House was clean, but noticed a few minor things that could’ve been a little cleaner. The sheets on the sofa bed was dirty so wasn’t sure if anyone checked that. Other than that and the extra late check out fee.. it was a great stay! Beautiful house, and close to restaurants.

Had an amazing trip in Austin thanks to this Airbnb. All my friends wanted to hang out by the pool. The location is so convenient to all the cool east Austin restaurants. Beds were incredibly comfortable. And the giant TVs and Bose sound system really made for great entertainment.

This house was perfectly located close to downtown and the airport. The hosts were amazing and always responded quickly. Brock even came to lower the temperature for the pool heater, so we could get some relief from the Texas sun!

The house is very unique, and we had a comfortable stay. The amenities are nice, and the response time is fantastic. The location is also key and close by to downtown and many things to do. Our only issue was the pool being cloudy and unusable during our stay, which was one of the main highlights on why we selected the house. Urban Stay was quick to send someone over and put the pool in cleaning mode, and we very much appreciated it, but it did not resolve the issue during our stay. We will definitely return because all else was spectacular. Hope to swim and enjoy the pool more on our next visitThank you Urban Stay!
