Was the perfect place for my sons 21st Birthday!

I was looking for a place to relax with the family and urban stays allowed me to book it the same day. When we got there everything was ready to go. I like the fact that every room/bed had a towel for us. As soon as we walked in there was background music playing. It was truly a good place to relax outside in the jacuzzi and next to the fire pit area. Once again thank you urbanstays for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. Can’t wait to be back in Austin. It will definitely be a place to stay at again. The vibes were awesome and it was a good place to go on a morning run along lady bird.

This was our 3rd or 4th time at this property and it delivers every time. Close to Rainey St and secure property. When we travel to Austin, this is always our 1st choice.

Well decorated and great location! Only there one night and slept in one bed but it was comfy. Can tell that it's definitely a home rented to party and has had its fair share of damage. While mostly repaired, the wear and tear is noticeable. Driveway is very narrow and not suitable for large vehicles but can park on roads around area. Would stay again

The house was well located, however two of the three bedrooms were a single unit, and the only way to access the bathroom was walking in and out of one bedroom. This was super awkward for a mixed-gender team trying to share a house for an event. Also, the neighbors were incredibly loud well into the late hours.

I visited this Airbnb for a family trip to Austin. We had never been before and it was a comfortable accommodation for 6 people. Probably good to note that the bedroom with the twin beds and the bedroom with the queen are connected. There is a door to separate but they both share a bathroom in the queen bed room. The house is on the artsy side of town and walkable to a few cafes and bars. There are also scooters and bikes everywhere and you'tre very close to Rainey! Overall a great experience.

Awesome location. Easy walk to Rainey and close to East Austin restaurants. Very vibey decor made for a fun environment. Offered all the basics like towels (just not many), plates, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryers and keyless entry. Nice hot tub, grill and fire pit although we didn'tt use them. There were some nice to haves that were missing like kitchen towels, and some upkeep misses like broken/dented furniture; the beds were super loud every time anyone turned over, slow tub/sink drains and the water filter needed to be replaced. And a couple unexpected cons like the connected 2nd and 3rd bedrooms where you had to walk through another bedroom. Also of note, there was a creepy woman who slept in her parked car right outside the entrance to the house. The hosts were very responsive though so would still recommend! Just a couple of things to be aware of for anyone booking.

Great Unit in a very convenient location. We were no more than a 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Awesome unit for traveling with pets with a great outdoor space!

Beautiful and unique style. Very clean property. That hot tub was great! With all the construction, parking is crowded during the day, but the carport is nice if you have a regular sized vehicle. I do wish there was a lock on the front gate, because I was nervous using the hot tub at night by myself. Seems like a safe enough neighborhood, but you never know. Silly me, I only know how to work a keurig, so I had to look up how to use the coffee machine, as it overflowed my mug with water. Good thing I had a plastic cup nearby to grab the excess water before spilling onto the floor!

Awesome place to host the guys! It's all you need, one living space and a place to crash. UrbanStay was quick and responsive with whatever issues that did arise. That being said it's missing the 5th star due to its preparedness. One of the touch pads to get in did not want to cooperate so it did cause a hiccup at check-in, and neither of the propane tanks were filled when we arrived and we didn't find out until after hours so it did somewhat kill the mood when we wanted to hang by the fire. Other than that it's a solid place and very well located!

The place was extremely modern with very good decor throughout the house. The house had everything you needed to stay for a few days. All of the little stuff that we typically bring with us at an Airbnb, was provided down to coffee, trash, bags, dishwasher pods, etc..It is literally a five minute walk to Rainey Street and a short Uber away from everything else. I will definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! It does feel slightly like extreme IoT technology surveillance, with IP noise detectors and multiple external cameras everywhere. Translation: you'tre not getting in the hot tub in your underwater. But I can't say if I were running an Airbnb, I would do it any differently—maybe just add a few extra outlets by the couch; that would be helpful. Everything else is exactly as pictured and first class.

Urbanstay's property was perfect for my group's weekend in Austin. Hosted friends to watch the Alabama/UT game. The location was phenomenal, all amenities were listed as described. I would definitely book here again.

Overall this was a very good place. Great location within walking distance to Rainey and other nearby places. House was as described in the pictures and check-in / check-out were a breeze. A couple of minor nits led to the four stars:- beds are the squeakiest ones I've ever slept in. If you moved at all, others would hear you, even through doors / walls- some homier touches were missing. The kitchen didn't include many supplies (from plastic wrap to tupperware, it was pretty barren) and we had a busted cornhole bag

The place is very well stocked with everything that you need and has nice decor. It's also a quick car ride to everywhere that you would want to visit. The one thing to be aware of is that the third bedroom that has two beds in it is actually through the 2nd bedroom. This means that people need to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd or when they are using the restroom. This wasn'tt an issue for us, but could be for some people so just be aware of it.

The property itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering outstanding amenities and a stylish ambiance reminiscent of a hip New York hotel.The outdoor space with a hot tub and lawn games was a highlight. We enjoyed the patio while our pup roamed freely. The tech integration, including keyless entry and 24-hour concierge service, added convenience and comfort. We were so impressed with our stay that we extended it by a day, creating even more unforgettable memories. In conclusion, our experience at this modern Airbnb property in Austin, Texas was amazing, surpassing our expectations in every aspect.

Great place walking distance from Rainey Street and a quick ride to 6th. The only thing I’m not sure if I saw when I booked is that one of the bedrooms is through another bedroom so there’s not a on of privacy if that’s what you need for those two rooms. It didn’t bother us on this trip, but something to consider.

This location is perfect if you want to be under 10 minutes from literally everything! The house is clean and well stocked! The complimentary toothbrushes, makeup removers and coffee was so helpful!! Beds are comfy too! Overall very happy with our stay!!

Property is in a great location. Management team worked with us as we had arriving flights prior to check in to allow us to drop luggage off even while cleaning crews were not finished. Great communication and easy to work with!

We just spent a long weekend at UrbanStay. The location is great within walking distance of Rainey and a short ride from downtown. The house is stylish and super comfortable. The amenities were great and the corn joke set a great addition in to the gas fire pit yard. We’d definitely rent it again.

This was an amazing house! We booked this for a bachelorette trip and I cannot say enough nice things about this house and the team that runs it. They were incredibly responsive to all my questions pre- and during our stay. The house fit 8 people very well and had plenty of large common space. The outside is also another amazing quality of the house. You are close to Rainey St. and having some drinks outside in the beautiful Austin weather was a treat. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful Airbnb! The rooms were a little smaller than I expected however the unit was clean and well put together. The location felt safe. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio by the fire pit each evening with a glass of wine! The beds were very comfortable. However, the beds in the twin room were extremely loud and squeaky whenever somebody moved in their sleep. The guest who stayed in that room had a hard time sleeping due to this. Overall we had a very good experience at this Airbnb and would not hesitate to book again if the twin bed issue were to get resolved.

This place was great to stay at. It was freakishly cold when we were there, but the outside area looked like it’d be extremely nice. Either way, the layout is welcoming and the location cannot be beaten. We didn’t even use rideshare apps, we just walked to all of the lively bars, etc.

Great location, awesome little patio where we spent a lot of time, easy to use fire pit. It is a bit pricey, but dividing it among friends should keep the cost down. The host was very communicative and helpful, I'd stay here again.

Great location, amazing experience! Visiting my hometown with friends and had a blast. The house itself had a super cool vibe + very clean and the location was perfect - We could walk or take a short uber to my favorite bars and restaurants + new ones suggested by the UrbanStay team! My group went through some supplies pretty quick and they were stocked back up upon request by the time we came back from brunch. Super responsive, VERY accommodating of my requests. Will be back.

This was the charming spot for a girls weekend. There were eight40-50 year ladies celebrating a 50th birthday. This could not have been more perfect. Nice walk to nightlife, fun to ride scooters around town Loads if great eating in all directions. Would love to come back!

Bose speakers, big tv, fireplace, and within walking distance to Rainey Street. UrbanStay is quick to respond and even accommodated an hour earlier checkin (small fee). We had a nice sized group staying in Austin for the night and this spot had everything we need. The downstairs hangout area is great with a large TV, sound bar, and plenty of space. Communication was top notch. We paid for an early check-in, and used the entry code to access the property with no problems. We had a group of 7 and had enough space to spread out throughout the home. It seems as though issues mentioned in previous reviews have been addressed. The pullout couch works great! All the doors latched properly. And plenty of supplies like towels, soap, shampoo etc were provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. And the location is as good as it gets. Overall a very well run vacation rental. We were very happy we booked this place and would recommend to anyone coming to Austin.

Great location! Within walking distance to rainy st. and 6th st. Also a park right around the corner. A very easy Uber ride from airport. Property has a smart lock so you don’t have to worry about keys. Two of the bedrooms upstairs are connected and you need to walk through one room to get to the other. Has some games outside and a fire pit to keep you entertained at the property. Only issue we had was trash bins being completely full from previous guests so we had nowhere to put our trash for the weekend. When we arrived we also were out of hand soap, paper towels, and shampoo, but we messaged the owners and they brought replacements within a few hours. Other than that, the staff responded to all messages quickly and made it super easy to settle in and enjoy the long weekend.

From the ambiance and decor of the house, to the location, and everything in between, this weekend was amazing! Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the hosts were easy to get in touch with and had quick responses for all my questions. The property is conveniently located about 10 mins from the airport and close to all the hot spots, so you can get anywhere in a 5-10 minute Uber. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing! We really enjoyed our time here. The home looks exactly like the pictures and is really clean. The check-in and out procedures were smooth and the home is in a wonderful location close to everything!We did have a small issue with the AC not working properly, but the hosts sent someone to fix it immediately.We absolutely loved to house, but please be aware that there is an event space next door that played live music and had a DJ. The music was loud, but it ended around 10 pm and did not bother us very much. I am not sure if the music is a regular occurrence or if it was just a special occasion. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Austin!
