We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a great location that was easily accessible to local attracts via a short uber or lyft ride. The home was very spacious with lots of cute touches. We felt like we were coming home every time we returned. This is a great home for a group of friends or professionals traveling together and everyone needs their own space. We would absolutely stay here again, and if you'tre looking for a hole to rent in Austin, definitely go with this one. You won'tt regret it.

Five stars! This ubercool house with a funky vibe was the perfect setting for our Christmas celebration with family members from Austin, San Antonio, New York City, and Philadelphia. We hung out in the living room where we had put up a Christmas tree, exchanging gifts, playing games, and watching football and movies on the oversized TV. All the amenities and the comfy beds and bedrooms were great. We couldn'tt play lawn games because of the rain and mud, but we used the fire pit to make some pretty righteous s'tmores. We took full advantage of the kitchen, including the Viking gas stove, to make a sumptuous Christmas feast. There were a few minor issues that we reported to our very responsive hosts, and we suggest they replace the refrigerator filter (we had to buy bottled water throughout our stay) and put an anti-slip coating on the bathtubs or provide bath mats. We highly recommend this property to other groups and would certainly come back should we decide to gather in Austin again.

Great stay and beautiful home! Pros:Place was exactly like the pictures.Host was responsive and friendly. Helped us find things we were looking for.Plenty of space and accommodations for sleeping.Very clean and lots of kitchenware for use.Cons:The grill didn'tt work so we had to use the stove for our cookout.We also could not get the sound system to work.All in all, a beautiful and accommodating place. We were just let down we had purchased lots of food to use the grill. But recommend regardless :)

Great house for a girls trip! We had an easy check in and the place was huge and very clean! The decor and layout were perfect, and plenty of bathrooms for 7 girls. Appliances were large and seemed new or very well taken care of. We were all impressed with the house! Proximity was great for bar hopping on Rainey St. And parking was ample.

Great space!

This house was spacious and so nicely decorated for a bachelorette party of 11! The area was great too - walkable to many places or a short Uber ride. We felt safe the whole time and Urbanstay was very responsive to our needs. The only issue was that I communicated a month prior to our trip that we needed something for hosting a dinner one of the nights. They ensured me they had what I needed, but come the day of, what we needed was not there so plans had to be altered. I would say that was the only flaw.

Beautiful, clean and walkable place! They were accommodating to a last minute booking in the middle of the night. The check in instructions were clear, we felt safe and there were enough beds for our group to have their own bed. Also loved that we were able to walk home from the bars on Rainey Street. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a fun house for family but would be even more fun for a big group of friends. It's a great spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party and is downtown so everything is a quick Uber ride away.

They were amazing. Very responsive and on top of everything from the second we booked. Will go back again.
