The place is so stylist and clean. It has all the things you need. Very accessible to downtown, supermarkets and all.

We had a blast at this airbnb! Such a cute place and close to a lot of great Austin spots. The house was clean, and had a lot of great amenities on the property! We did not want to leave! With 12 guests the sleeping arrangements were a little bit tight since there are only 4 beds. There is a pull out couch and a cot - but just keep in mind that if you have friends/family that will not sleep on a pull out couch / futon it may not be the place for you. Overall a great experience!

It was perfect for what we needed size-wise and cost-wise, but just a heads up, this is meant for bachelorette parties. The design, the paint, the NEON signs, etc., were a bit weird but fun. It was well equipped, but the Nespresso machine had a bunch of off-brand pods that never worked, so there was no coffee, but I guess that's not a necessity. Nobody cleaned the cowboy pool; it had tons of leaves in it, and we just didn't feel comfortable using it, but that wasn't something we needed. I would come back for sure, though.

It was a nice stay, perfect for a Bach, I would say it was a tiny bit overpriced for no pool but we had a great time. I would suggest updating photos of the street. Google street view shows a more outdated community, there are now modern tiny homes around it but it did play a role on if we would book or not. Arriving and seeing that it’s not as bad as it looks on google- was pleasant! I did notice a lot of scratched up walls- I’m sure from dragging luggage’s up and down the stairs and when I messaged the host, they were very responsive in letting us know they will notate it wasn’t for us. lol that’s all I was worried about. All the girls enjoyed the stay, it was 10 of us. Each room had a full bath so it helped with everyone getting ready in time with a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. HEB is 4 minutes away! Everything I mentioned before is to help another Bach if she’s on the fence and in a similar situation, the stay itself was great & we would book with the host again! Cute spot!

This spot was the perfect place for a bigger group of women! It was close to all the action in Austin and was the perfect retreat when we needed a place to hang! Hosts were extremely responsive and had the place set up perfectly for our group! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!!

This space was the perfect place to hold my friends bachelorette trip! The house is so cute and roomy and we had the best time. The hosts were pretty quick with communicating and answering any questions I had. We would 100% stay here again!

Awesome stay! Was stopping through Austin for the night and booked this place last minute with some friends. Very glad we did. The place was spacious, clean, and stood out. Great host and absolutely would book again. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice place overall, the amenities in the yard were fun for the family. Convenient location, though no sidewalks so not great for walks. There were a couple of maintenance issues but we still had a good stay.

Fun place to stay with lots of cute touches. Loved the mini golf course!

We had a great time in Austin and this place was a big reason why. Highly recommend for big groups that want to be within walking distance of food/drinks.

This house was amazing! Perfect for a long weekend with a group. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and each room had an attached bathroom, which was a great perk! The house is within walking distance to many things in East Austin and a short Uber to downtown or South Congress. I would highly recommend the house to any group visiting Austin!

We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was perfect. It was near so many great things in East Austin and comfortably fit 10 people (folks shared beds). We loved the cowboy hot tub and other outdoor elements of the house.

House was perfect for our girls weekend! Loved the decor and the house felt new. Great location, close to downtown while being quiet. We had 9 girls and it was the perfect amount of beds and baths for us. Would totally stay here again!

Stayed here for my bachelorette party in Austin! Such a convenient location and great use of space for a bunch of girls. Hangout and be loud downstairs while others sleep on the second or third floor! Decor is also perfect for a bachelorette and makes for fun photos! Only downside was not being able to drop our luggage off and check in being late!
