This is a perfect place in East Austin. The apartment is spotless and counts with a pretty outdoor area. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of music and comedy venues a couple of blocks over on East 6th Street, plus it's a quick walk to downtown Austin itself if you should want to. Not to mention the airport is quite close. Communication with the property managers is one of the best features - so very caring and responsive. Professional indeed.

The location was amazing, the beds were moderately comfortable and the digital; home security and age of the home was adequate. This place felt fair for the price, although I wouldn’t stay longer than 4 days.

The location of the property is great - near shopping and food, etc. The beds are comfortable. The maintenance staff was very friendly and fixed the clogged toilet right away (even though customer service said they wouldn't be able to get there until the next day). It is decorated nicely, and the air conditioners keep the home very cool. The kitchen has everything you need.

I was a little bit worried about the instructions of how to find the house and the passcodes to the padlock for the gate and how to unlock the house. But the instructions given were easy to follow and everything worked without any issues. All the appliances like the washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher work really well. The bedrooms and the restrooms were nice and clean.

This place was great for my friends and I who stayed here for Dreamcon. Great Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. I recommend this place for but when catching Lyft/Uber use the address 212 Comal St. it will take you right out from of the ally way to get to the place! Beside that would book again!

Our stay was a very last minute decision, due to hurricane beryl. Ether way urban stay understood and was very flexible in our arrival and check in. Not only did our host communicated fast and efficiently but they were very nice and helpful. Even tho the place was catered more towards adults, I’m glad to say we made it work and overall would consider coming back without our kids. The area was a great location, both for restaurants and other necessities.

Was very pleased that the unit was as advertised. Had a very Austiney vibe, scooter ride distance from all the fun spots and will definitely book again.

Nice home. Did have a few issues when I checked in, but just contacted them and they were quick to reply. I would stay here again and give them a 2nd chance, the issues were not huge and the home was roomy and had fun decor.

The house was mostly great. There really isn’t a “living room.” It’s just kinda like a big kitchen with an island in the middle. The futon is not suitable for a normal-sized adult to sleep on. It is far too small and uncomfortable - so just keep that in mind. There is an air mattress though. The outdoor space is super cool, the house was really clean and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Such a cute little space and close to everything. We had an issue with our washer/dryer and they responded quickly and brought fresh towels and washcloths.

Simply put, Staying here was great. The house was very well decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for. It is also in a perfect location, you could walk to most locations in about 15 - 20 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Solid. Great privacy once your in. Bathrooms were nice.Decor was on point. I would say realistically it sleeps 6. There was a small fold out in the loft area that for an adult I wouldn't recommend. This spot was really ideally located and aesthetically super cute. We were a short walk from 6th street (.4 miles), and only a short scooter ride from downtown Austin (1.4 miles) and the closest running trails (1.4 miles) too! The beds were extra amazing for a good night’s sleep, and the outdoor space was awesome for a casual hangout or night fire!

This place is in a great spot and is very stylish with plenty of space. We loved hanging out on the patio area with the fire! We were able to make some s’mores, which was awesome. There are a lot of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and we brought our bikes too. Would recommend staying, especially if you have a group. The only addition I would have liked was to have some pans to use in the oven as we cooked some meals, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker and there are plenty of pots/pans for use on the stove. Just a note. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved staying here. It was a super fun home am with a great patio for hanging out in. We roasted s’mores and played countless games of corn hole. The beds were incredibly comfortable with great curtains for privacy and blocking out the morning sun. The Nespresso machine was a great touch and much needed! Frank was the perfect communicator and helped with tips and any follow up we needed. Thanks for a memorable stay!

AMAZING! This place is truly spectacular. The design is awesome, the hosts are exceptionally accommodating, and the location is unbeatable. Our group of 6 girls had an incredible time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with a fire pit, ring toss, corn hole, and a dancing pole!!! The interior amenities are top notch too. Comfortable beds, Bose speakers, Nespresso coffee, and so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. Do not miss out on booking this place! Highly recommended and looking forward to staying here again soon.
