We are so excited to rebook with UrbanStay at any of their properties. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Everything being labeled helped out a lot !

We really enjoyed our stay with UrbanStay. The location was perfect -- walking distance to some cool neighborhoods, restaurants and bars. The house looked just like the pictures and our group fit nicely in the space. UrbanStay responded very quickly when I messaged with questions. Would definitely stay again.

I was super excited to find this place. It fit 5 of us super well. It’s less than a mile to 6th st so we ended up walking to a couple places and it was definitely an easy drive. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house felt very private. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio. Would definitely stay again when in town!

We had a great stay at the Airbnb. Everyone's reviews are pretty accurate. We had 6 people stay for my husbands birthday and solar eclipse. So many great restaurants and bars walkable from the house and really love East Austin! If you don'tt want to walk, everything is a short Uber drive away. I don'tt think there's a need to rent a car unless you'tre going far away.

Great stay for a friend reunion! The space was clean and had extra towels and linens. The location was great too- 5 minutes away from a pretty popular coffee shop, parks, and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

The home we stayed was a beautiful and up to date place. It was near party and hiking places. They are a short drive away from many places. Other than that, excellent place to stay at.

Great spot for a small girls trip. The living room/hanging out space was a bit small but no issue as we were mostly out and about. The hosts were super responsive, the check in and out process was very easy and we really enjoyed the location.

Great location near 6th street! The outdoor firepit was a cozy spot to hangout and socialize. The unit lacks a common area to hang out and watch TV. The design and style of the place is fun.

Great place for a small group weekend getaway. The listing is accurate and the hosts are great communicators. The east side of town can be hit or miss but this area is mostly turned around and safe, and quiet for sleeping. You can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and WholeFoods and Target are an 11 minute walk. The only thing I would note is that if you have a lot of females trying to get ready at the same time there are only 3 mirrors in the house.

great location, lots to do. I would suggest a sofa in the common area and less drastic overhead lighting. please supply a lighter for grill and firepit. but A+++ overall.

Very practical and convenient location. House is just as described and looks like photos. The outdoor area with gas fireplace is very cool. Had 3 issues:1) Wi-Fi was totally unreliable and had no security/password.2) Check-in is at 4pm, and they are not flexible. They request a $50 per hour fee for early arrivals. 3) They advertise as pet friendly, but then charge $50 per pet.

Our stay was a very positive experience.We would definitely stay at this property again. It was conveniently located close to downtown, blocks away from 6th street and next to a park with a kids playground and basketball court.The home was clean, accommodating, and had a really cool outside seating area. I enjoyed the 2nd floor loft area!I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable spot to enjoy Austin, TX.

We loved the Urban House, it was perfect for our stay, super close to downtown. All necessary amenities were provided and the beds were super comfy. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. We’d definitely consider staying again!

We started the trip with a few hiccups in regards to checking in, but the hosts were able to call us ahead of time and let us know and make right by it. The location is PERFECT in regards to Rainy St, 6th St and not far from Congress St, with coffee shops within walking distance. The house was adorable and just like the photos. We booked it for 8 guests, only 7 of which made it which was perfect because the couch is a futon so I don’t know that 2 adults would have fit on that. Overall good stay.

The plzce is in a great location to get to all the hot spots in Austin and my group found it a great place to stay with cool outdoor area for evenings before going out!

Fantastic accommodation. Really nicely decorated with excellent facilities. Brilliant location with a 5min walk to 6th street and a relatively short walk to Rainey street. Urban Stay responded quickly to any questions we had. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for great accommodation in a great location at a great price.

Perfect Eastside location for music exploration. Close to 6th, fun bars and restaurants. Convenient to light rail, one-stop to convention center & downtown locations. Clean and comfortable, and a nice gathering area kitchen. Hosts were very responsive.

very cozy house & located extremely close to downtown. Dogs next door can get a bit noisy but other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for the 5 of us that stayed there!! Would recommend it to everyone, was a quick Lyft ride to down town and easy access to anywhere else you may want to go. The house itself is decorated beautifully, and was very fun. Super cool that every room has its own A/C unit because we all have very different likes when it comes to the temp lol. The outside area was perfect to hang around with a couple fun games to do. :) Communication with the owner was quick and helpful whenever we needed. Can’t wait to go back!!

Cool place to stay. The place was decorated really nice, there's bonfire and I really appreciate the host for thoughtfully leaves us some marshmallows, crackers and Hershey. Overall this is a great stay, host was really helpful.

Super clean, the ambiance of the Airbnb is super cool, makes the experience even better. Great location everything seemed to be no more than 10 minutes away! Hosts are great about communicating! Totally recommend!

Super cool place! Decor is so funky/trendy. There isn’t much of a living room but we loved the outside atmosphere so much we spent a lot of time out there! Super thankful for the fast communication as well for anything we needed. Would stay again!

Very clean and great location! We were able to scoot or walk every where we wanted to go! House was fun and very comfortable for a smaller house. It easily accommodated 5 of us. Great communication with host and responded very quickly if we had a question.

This location was great. It was close to so many restaurants, everything within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and the host were so easy to work with and always readily available. It was close to 6th street and Rainey street so ordering lyft or uber was affordable and minimal wait time. Would stay here again

This was absolutely one of the best choices I have made this year! I would 100% come back again. The location was amazing.walking distance to everything! The rooms where awesome they screamed AUSTIN TX!! The master room felt as though I was on a cloud it was absolutely outstanding.The entrance to the house was breathtaking. The outside amenities were even better! If I where you don’t look anywhere else this is the place to be .

Urban Stay is AMAZING!! The communication from the staff was remarkable. I have stayed in many AirBnB's and this hands down was beyond expectations from the staff of Urban Stay!!! The house is cute and modern very easy to walk to near by areas and plenty of limes to hop on and ride anywhere!! The home was also exceptionally clean! Highly recommend.

The Airbnb is exactly as pictured - it has everything you need! Unfortunately, we stayed due to a cancelled flight right before the power outages / water problems of February 2021. For that reason, we were not able to actually stay at the location due to no power at the Airbnb. However, those are purely external circumstances and the hosts are incredibly communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb (just not during an ice storm that shuts off the power of half of the city!).

Better than the pictures! Was able to check in early and check out late! The fire pit is a excellent way to relax and make s’mores with the homies!

The home is quite cute, very clean and eclectically decorated, but a bit too small for a family of 7. We definitely appreciated the fully stocked Keurig coffee maker and the great firepit room.

Mannnnn, this house was freaking incredible!! It looks somehow manages to be even cooler in person. Whoever designed this place did a helluva freaking job.
