Our group really enjoyed our stay at this house. The back patio is great for hanging out in the evening and it is easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

GREAT!!! was in town for Harry Styles concert this place was in great location felt very safe with just being 4 women had everything we needed would definitely stay here again

You can't beat the location of the house. Within walking distance to a lot of stuff on 6th street but far enough away so its quiet at night. House was prepared and clean when we arrived and the arrival process was very easy. Recommend both houses to anyone having a big group in Austin.

Our family had a blast here and the place was HUGE. Thank you to UrbanStay for making this vacay so easy, my younger cousins couldn’t contain their excitement when they saw the pool table! We were easily able to walk to Rainey St and all other amenities. Given that it was extended family time, we didn’t check out the bars only nearby restaurants, but I can imagine if that’s something you were after, this would be the spot! It was super relaxing, and the thoughtful decor really made my husband and I feel like we were staying somewhere special. Our host stayed in touch with us and made sure were happy throughout our entire stay. Everything was fully stocked and was nothing missing that we could have wanted. Would definitely stay here again with the family!

Great stay for a big group! We had both front and back units, and it accommodated us perfectly. Great location, as you can get to the main 6th st and Rainey st areas 10 minutes or less on scooters.Would definitely recommend to family and friends

This Airbnb was the perfect place to stay for a end-of-the-semester excursion for a group of friends graduating! The central location made getting to activities within Austin super stress free (Kayaking, Swimming, Eating Out) and the various decorations around the stay allowed for amazing photo ops. UrbanStay provided so many materials for us, from shot glasses to trash bags, we actually spent less on cleaning supplies then we expected to! The beds were all super comfortable and the two unit layout for our stay worked in our advantage as we were able to separate the girls from the boys! The backyard was a good vibe and allowed for so much late night talks. This place was absolutely amazing and for the price, I would definitely come to Austin and stay here again!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for our groups of 17, we had plenty of room and the place was great. Spot was only 10-15 min away from everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend!

This was one of the best stays I have experienced at Air BnB. The UrbanStay team was extremely helpful through the entire process from helping with suggestions before arriving to quick response times while at the house. One side did not have hot water but someone came immediately to get it up and running. The place is in great condition with a good vibe for a bachelor party. Everyone had plenty of space to comfortably sleep and unpack. A recent review said that yards did not connect but that has since been addressed. There was a gate between the yards to expand and walk between the houses. The immediate location is not great as far as walking to go out. It's just a 5-10 minute drive to any connivence and 10-15 minutes to anywhere you would want to go out. Uber was very easy. The longest wait time was only 9 minutes and that was at a peak hour to head out. Would absolutely stay here anytime

I thought the place was pretty great. Good location very walkable to all the East Austin bars and restaurants. Coffee within 1 block. Place was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6 - having both sides together gives it a feeling of being a big compound. The outdoor areas are definitely nice areas to hangout. We were in Austin for a company onsite, the 6 of us remote employees, and the outdoor areas were so nice that we ended up working from the Airbnb a good amount.

THIS IS THE SPOT! I packed 22 ladies into this house comfortably and everyone had a bed! These houses are literally as photographed - it is such a vibe! We had a DJ in the house the first night in and it was so much fun! It's made me want to put only neon light in my home, but my future husband is not on my level. The Urban Stay crew was AMAZING and had answers to my MANY questions, always back to me in under a day. Few things to note (mainly for the ladies):-There are no full length mirrors (lol) but we managed-The fridge does not have a water/ice maker but the tap water is good-There are not a lot of cups, plates, bowls, etc so prep to pack or purchase disposable -There was PLENTY of toilet paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs available-The upstairs was super hot and we couldn't figure out how to regulate, but we just cracked windows however, it was very dry -The mattresses were GREAT and so comfy - plenty of pillows around the house and additional fold out beds-Check-in process was super easy-Backyards are amazing however, do not connect to each other-House is about 10-15min away from all the action (rainey or 6th) if you have a large group get the Fetii app ride share, you'll thank me later-House is in what seems like a gentrifying area and near a bus stop This experience with Urban Stay was a 10/10 and I haven't stopped thinking about this trip. I wish we got to spend more time in the house! If you have a large group traveling, it is so worth it!

Amazing stay and awesome location!

I've Stayed with these guys before. the team is great - super responsive and always there to help you anything you may need. The space is super cool, great design and fun. The house is also very big and comfortable, didn't have a problem with space for a group of 10. Will probably be coming back to Austin soon and hopefully stay here again.

Fantastic experience

This is simply an awesome place for a Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend. UrbanStay was very proactive in communication before we got to Austin, and always seemed available for Q’s throughout the stay. You’re about a 10-15 minute walk to some of the best bars in America. It doesn’t get much better than that. There are also a ton of awesome restaurants and food trucks in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood that we happened to stumble upon which was a fun surprise. The place can fit 16, but I will say I’m glad we only had 12 given a few of the sleeping options are small. Plenty of patio space out back to hang throughout the afternoon though, and they provide Cornhole, Dice, and Cards for casual hanging too after bars or a water day.Overall, just a perfect spot to spend an Austin weekend where you want to be close to the action!

Very fun place to stay for our Bach party! Convenient location on a pretty quiet street. Very well stocked kitchens for cooking. Outdoor area was larger than it looks in the pics and there were actually two separate areas. The houses are an exact mirror of each other with the same amount of beds. That was not super clear in the description and thought it would be helpful to know if you are hosting a large group. The host was very quick to respond to messages and even brought us toilet paper within 15 min of asking.

Our stay was great! We had plenty of room for bachelorette party to stay comfortably, and our favorite was the outside hangout spots in the yards. It’s a whole vibe! The hosts were quick to respond to messages leading up to the stay- I didn’t need to contact them for anything while we stayed, every thing we needed was there!

This house was AMAZING. Super huge space with plenty of bedrooms to host my whole bachelor party. Everything was spick and spam and decorated to a tee. The host was super responsive and helpful. Music system was great, outdoor space was amazing, and beds were super comfy. Definitely staying here again!!
