Ah, you must be one of those people big on camping, right? Totally joking, I mean, you're literally looking at an Airbnb listing located in the middle of the city.... but yes, there is a fire pit. Hellooo fireside chats, s'mores, and all of the bonding with none of the sleeping on the ground. Hell yeah. Riddle me this; does nature have a WiFi, and convenient access to the best bars and restaurants in town? Didn't think so. Bring it on, nature!!

Kept very clean, solid layout with plenty of good sized beds, nice outside space as well and cool atmosphere all around. Best part of the entire place was it was in a perfect location, no more than 15 minutes to basically anything we wanted to do which was amazing. Staff was very responsive and polite.

We had a great stay here. There is plenty of room and if you are in need of additional items, such as towels, you can let the host know. There is a nice backyard area with a grill and seating area. The condo is decorated with such a fun vibe.
This is part of a duplex and it’s important to know there are signs around with requests to keep the noise down from 10pm to 10am.
The condo is very spacious with a fabulous kitchen. The only drawback is there was a limited amount of cooking pans and pots.
There is a blender, a Nespresso, and plenty of dishes and glasses.
The location is great, the east area of Austin has so many fabulous restaurants and bars. It is also around a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Austin.

We visited for my sister and her husbands post bach weekend! They got married in July but didn'tt have the regular bach party experiences so we did a big combined one after the wedding. This house was beautiful! I think some of the pictures are of the other unit but it was perfectly fine! BRING FANS! It was very very warm inside despite it being 68°. Overall, good! Not the best area generally but I also never felt entirely unsafe. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to drive in.

We had a bachelorette group of about 17 girls staying here and UrbanStay was a perfect place to stay! Close Uber to the airport, 6th street, and Rainey street. They were very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had and would definitely recommend for other large groups!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this house to a large group. There were nine of us who slept comfortably with even more sleeping options available. The decor was so much fun, and we really didn’t even need to leave the house. (But, we of course did to explore the city!) The beds were all super comfortable as well. The hosts were also great communicators and checkin was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

This place was great for a large group. We came to Austin for a bachelor party with 11 guys. This Airbnb had a reasonable space for us (sharing queen beds). The house was cool, like the pictures. We all could park basically right in front. It was easy to get around in Austin, and ubers downtown were very cheap and quick. We thought it was a great value for our trip.

A beautiful home with all the right accents for a party or vacation! The host is very accommodating and communicates easily with guests if anything is needed. The house is decorated with fun modern decor. we barely decorated and took most of our pictures inside. Rooms are large, bathrooms are spacious, and the kitchen and living room are open to each which makes the stay very inviting! Everything is up to date and flawless inside the home which makes the stay impeccable.

UrbanStay saved our Bachelorette weekend! Our other airbnb cancelled on us last minute but so happy we found this house! Their team was so welcoming and had everything clean and ready for our late arrival with extra supplies ready to go that included Nespresso pods (lifesaving) and plenty of hair products for a large group of girls. We had a great time on Rainey which was a 5min uber, and thanks to our hosts recommendation tried Launderette for brunch - which was top tier. Memories were made forever in this Fabulous house and city!
