Great place to stay! We were able to book the entire place (units A and B) for 10 people and it worked out great. Certainly a beautiful place and very spacious. UrbanStays staff were very helpful and friendly too. Would definitely come again! Little bit far from the downtown area but well worth the price for it.

Great place

Great place for our business trip. Extremely funky decor; everything was very clean and worked fine. We didn't use the kitchens that much but they were well-stocked and clean. I somehow missed on the description that these are TWO houses that are connected but there is no internal passage between them - just the two front doors. Easy parking and easy to find. I would say the neighborhood is on the way up. Our host was responsive and everything was very easy.

Great stay for a group of 16 for a bachelorette! Very spacious and had everything we needed. Close to all bars and restaurants.

This house was the perfect spot for our bachelorette weekend. The space is so chic - everywhere you turn is the perfect backdrop for a photo op. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated & the attention to detail was spot on, not to mention the thoughtful amenities we found around the house like make up wipes, tooth brushes & razors in every bathroom. It’s also super close to Rainey street, which was perfect for us! I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Austin!

If you’re looking for a sweet space with lots of character that’s clean, roomy and in a perfect location to experience Rainey Street, Lady Bird Lake and Downtown Austin then this is the perfect AirBnb! We had a great time, had plenty of space with 6 of us and 8 could have fit. The house is exactly as pictures and Urban Stay has hands down some of the best communication I’ve ever experienced from a host!

Awesome property for large groups, that is very close to the nearby nightlife. Everyone loved having their private bedrooms while being able to hang out in the communal space. The sound bar, cocktail cart and cornhole are also a great touch on the whole experience. Owners were hyper communicative and so friendly. Would recommend again.

Our group of 9 had a blast! The place was clean and absolutely had enough comfortable rooms for all of us. I especially appreciated how communicative the whole team was with me and accommodating an hour earlier check in. It was in a central location to go to either Rainey or 6th street and Ubers always found the place. We also had a chef come in one night and it was very easy for him to work in the kitchen and clean up efficiently after! All in all, a great trip to Austin.

This is the perfect spot for a group trip! I celebrated my bachelorette at this airbnb this past weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. The team at UrbanStay was very responsive to any questions or requests we had leading up to and during our stay. The location is great! You’re a short Uber ride to Rainy St or E 6 St and also about 15 mins from Lake Austin. There’s so much to do in this area and we had the best time at this stay! Would definitely stay at this property again!

This place was AMAZING! Such a cool space and in such a great area close to all things downtown Austin. Communication was quick and check in was easy. This is a very cute and unique house. There is a patio on the second level and a patio out back with a fire pit for s’mores. Our family had a great time staying here and it’s located near everything.

Our experience at this AirBnB was absolutely amazing! Not only was the property more beautiful in person, it was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the property so much that we decided to stay indoors due to COVID and didn't even feel the need to explore the city (although if we had, we were in an ideal location for nightlife); we ended up having a blast there! What really made our experience even more terrific was the fact that UrbanStay was so accommodating. Their response time was instant and they never made me feel like I was being a bother with any request that I made. The perfect place with the perfect host, and an absolute bargain in my opinion! This house is in a great neighborhood and is absolutely awesome. Loved to open floor plan, the outside spaces, and how much room we had. The location is great and it’s easy to grab food nearby. Me and my friends really liked this place! The house is very stylish and the open concept makes it perfect for big groups. We rented a party speaker and it wasn’t necessary because the tv sound system they have there was better. I had trouble turning it on but the host was very helpful! The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. We really enjoyed the patio and the balcony as well. The location is great because you are close to Rainey and popular restaurants. ✨

What a great house with awesome design. Each room is styled differently which made for a fun time with our group picking beds. Enjoyed the back porch and the front upstairs balcony. Nice Bose soundbar with sub in the living room and other great features in the house for our gathering. We stayed in for the night but this location would be great for locals or visitors from out of town that want to enjoy downtown, updated east side , or town lake. Hosts offered early check in and check out even though we didn’t need it. 5-Star all around .

This house is a great location for a trip to Austin, whether you plan to head to Rainey Street, Barton Springs, or other popular attractions. The house was incredibly clean and a very welcoming place with plenty to offer: a large TV with a nice sound system, a covered a patio with a fire pit and cornhole, and plenty of comfortable beds. Urban Stays was very accommodating with check-in and check-out and responded promptly to any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here when traveling as a group.

Walking distance to Rainey street, East 6th street, the river. Target and Whole Foods are just up the road. This was the perfect accommodation for my group trip. The location was close to everything we needed, the home was comfortable and cozy, and the hosts were amazing. Only drawback was the lack of cleaning supplies available, the double Queen room had poor ventilation so it stayed warm, and the 6th room is connected through the master bedroom and bathroom. All-in-all I loved this place. It was spacious, stylish, and the details made our stay memorable.

They were very nice about us leaving our bags there while the cleaning crew worked. They responded when the freezer was not cooling and helped me understand the air conditioner. Unfortunately, myself and one other guest was diagnosed with bed bug bites four days after leaving. I called out of genuine concern for future visitors. Andrew expressed his apologies and said he got an exterminator and would like my contact information to follow up. I never heard a thing. The office visit, treatment, a week of decontamination of my things and itching like crazy, made this a horrible end to my visit to Austin.

Lovely home

If you are debating between this house and any other Airbnb in Austin...you NEED to choose this one! We spend my bachelorette weekend here and the place is SO adorable. On top of that, there are no bad rooms (there always seems to be one when I go on big trips where you share rooms) and ALL of the beds are extremely comfortable and seem to have a temperpedic pad on all of them. The location is also amazing! We rented the bird scooters and took the super fun short ride over to Rainey street. I felt like I was way more needy that I usually am at Airbnb’s because we had so many people and the girls I was with were requesting additional toilet paper, trash bags etc and was responded to quickly and they were able to drop those items off! I would stay here 1000 times again. The vibe is sooooo good here. Book it now I promise you’ll love it!

Spacious and very well thought out floor plan. Fabulous kitchen and patios. Fun location near all the Austin highlights. High end finishes. We were extremely happy to host our daughters birthday in such a fun and hip house!

Amazing! I have stayed at many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! The place was SPOTLESSLY clean and the beds were super comfy. The back patio had corn hole, ring toss, and a fire pit. Huge TV in the living with Bose speakers (we definitely made use of those). There’s plenty of space to have 15+ people over for a party, if that’s your thing! I strongly recommend this place to anyone interested in truly experiencing all the fun Austin has to offer, as the location, amenities, and general atmosphere were all perfect. 5/5! UrbanStay had everything we could have thought of (or didn't think of) and was very attentive to our needs and questions. I have already recommended this place to friends and will 100% be staying here again!
