The place was amazing- just as advertised! UrbanStay was super responsive and answered any questions extremely quickly. The house is very well done and has everything you need. One thing to note, one of the bedrooms is in the closet of the Primary bedroom so you have to walk through the Primary to get out and you have to share a bathroom with the Primary. House is wonderful, would highly recommend!

The place was absolutely stunning and they were very accommodating! Loved the big back yard and all the hammocks. Plenty of parking space for our guests and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and very clean. Great Austin location as well! Thanks a bunch!

I cannot recommend this house enough for large groups! Myself and 14 others comfortably fit inside this beautiful home for my brothers bachelor party. The pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as hang out. Relaxing in the huge backyard was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It was also super easy to get to a lot of good bars, restaurants, and other activities. Ubers were pretty cheap and most places were within a 15 minute drive. If I'm in Austin again, I will definitely plan to stay here!

My six friends and I really enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our girl retreat. (Six women in their 60s!) There were 3 bedrooms on the ground floor for those who couldn'tt do stairs and three bedrooms upstairs for those who could. And enough baths.The family room and open air state of the art kitchen with kitchen counter space that seats over 6 and a big eating table that accommodated even more was ideal. The house looked like the photos. Lovely. Modern. Open spaces with lots of windows. Ideal for retreats and family gatherings!

Our host was always attentive to any questions and always accessible for everything we needed. Clean and practical house. We hope to stay in this house many more times! Excellent space for a responsible group of adults to enjoy time together. We loved the big backyard, the sitting spaces and the kitchen. It was easy to have food delivered and to make food onsite. Our gathering was all so happy with the space provided. We really wished it was nice enough (weather) to swim and use more of the outdoor space but even in the rain we opened the large doors to the outside and enjoy it. Grateful to have found this place and for the communication with the hosts.

This mansion is absolutely amazing. Yard is enormous, pool is great, and the house is extremely comfortable, spacious, really couldn'tt ask for more. I'td say they should charge more for it, but I want to come back soon.

I don't know what else to say other than the place was as awesome as it looks. We had a group of 15-20 for my bachelor party and had a blast, so glad we booked this place. Expensive but for us worth the money. We had a couple small issues with knowing how to work some of the appliances and their team was responsive within a few minutes to help out. Excited to stay again someday.

What an incredible place! Our entire extended family stayed here during a week long staycation in Austin, and we were not disappointed. We all felt like we were living out our billionaire fantasy haha! Everything about this location felt super curated and thoughtful. From the decorations to the amenities (everything was well stocked, including toiletries, kitchenware, extra bedding), this home put the lux in luxury. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we felt taken care of. Check-in was super simple and we were able to extend checkout for a very reasonable price. Overall, all of the families had a blast, and we hope to come back soon.

Really grateful for this Airbnb. Booked for my bachelor party and saw some recent reviews that were a bit worrisome. The team addressed all of them and even had a team onsight to fix last minute issues. Also was really happy with communication, there was an issue with an AC in the living room and the team came with 3 portable ACs very quickly. They also were able to accommodate a late checkout. I’m very happy for the service and the quality of the unit. Well done.

Incredible home! Stayed out here for a bachelorette party, and absolutely loved every minute of being here. Great pool and bbq area, with an ENORMOUS (seriously huge) back yard. Super private and perfect for our weekend celebrating our friend getting married. Hosts were awesome with communication, and amazing with getting us extra blankets and towels when we needed them. Loved this house, such a cool spot. Pool was pristine and and just right for the hot Austin summer. A/C was crisp all weekend, we were a bit worried with how hot the week of our trip was going to be. We ate out a ton, but had a private chef come in for one night and the massive open kitchen and living room were more than enough room for us to buffet style. Close enough to downtown to make going out easy, can't say enough probably my favorite stay with the hosts yet!

I'm SO GLAD we booked!!! The house was spectacular and the backyard pool area was ideal. They seemed to have really gotten their act together. Our biggest complaint was that outdoor quiet hours started at 10pm apparently the neighbors are sensitive to noise. Other than that, the house was super clean all appliances worked hot water plenty of towels and toiletries good internet. All in all the hosts were polite and accommodating 5/5 stars

The house is spacious and has a huge kitchen that is fully stocked, which was my favorite thing about the house. Urbanstay is very responsive with communication. However, we thought we arrived at the wrong house due to the unkept landscape in the front and backyard (overgrown weeds/bushes). The pool still had a cover on it that wasn’t pulled off so we used it with half of the cover still in the pool. The most frustrating thing was that the AC went out on day two, which we only booked for two nights so that was half of our trip. Urbanstay was responsive and had someone over around 5-6pm. At which time half of our crew left due to the heat. The pool house AC never came back on.

UrbanStay and the team was awesome to work with. We had a large group and had no issues with housing everybody. They even had some extra cots to use to accommodate everyone. The house was exactly as pictured and had everything you would expect of a top tier airbnb. I especially enjoyed the steam shower in the master, a nice touch. I would recommend for any group.

I rented the house for a spring break trip with a bunch of senior girls. The house did not disappoint, lots space and very cool! We had a few hiccups upon arrival but the host took care of everything quickly. One downside was that the pool was not heated so we didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Overall, good experience and I would stay here again.

I stayed here with 13 of my friends for my bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect for our large group! Location was close to east Austin and Rainey st, also close to airport. UrbanStay had our fridge stocked with seltzers when we arrived which was very nice. The backyard is huge and we happened to be there on a cold weekend in February but still were able to enjoy it minus the pool! Highly recommend for a large group of friends.

We recently booked this place for a small family get together. The pictures are accurate and it truly is a lovely, fun and creatively decorated home. The location is minutes from anything and the vast open space in the backyard provides room for almost anything fun outside to take place. The people at Urban Stay were awesome! They were very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and after arrival. I highly recommend this place to those who want something fun yet different than a typical large home. We absolutely loved our stay! The house has pretty much everything & anything one might want. It was nice to have lots of seating and hanging out areas to choose from. The master bathroom is a dream, and the kitchen was well equipped to our needs. Having the lighting set and relaxing music playing throughout the house upon our arrival was lovely as well. Would recommend to others and also hope to visit again myself!

Great place to stay! We had a large group who spent the majority of our time out by the pool and hammocks outside. All very nice and new. We had zero complaints and the owners were extremely hospitable. For how large this property is it's surprising how close we were to downtown, not more than an 8 minute drive or so. We're definitely looking forward to coming back!

Stunning! We felt like we had our own private resort just a couple minutes out from downtown Austin. This Airbnb exceeded expectations, it was even better than the photos. The backyard area is massive which was great for our group of 20 people to spread out. The hosts were top notch and responded immediately whenever we had any questions. Highly recommended, we plan to host another event here in a couple months. Thanks for a great weekend we'll be back soon!
