Had a great stay. Very responsive hosts! Area is a little sketchy but that’s what I expected. Just don’t go wandering around at nighttime and you’ll be fine!

The place was great! We were here for my bachelorette party and we really enjoyed it! My only dislike was the parking situation, but the host provided extra close by parking that made have extra cars easy!

This location was amazing. The rooms were clean and organized the location was convenient but was near a train track so that was somewhat loud. The pool was absolutely worth the stay. Only complaint is that a few pots were slightly dirty and the master bathroom showers door does not close so it does make a bit of a wet mess. If not for that this stay was all around perfect.

We will most definitely be back!! We came for my sister’s bachelorette and she was insanely impressed! We definitely got our use out of the pool and hot tub, and every girl said the house was perfect! It’s hard to impress 14 girls, but everyone loved it! Thank you so much for being accommodating!!��

Me and my family just spent a week at this lovely home! Super close to downtown 20minutes away from the domain. NO TRAFFIC! Loved it!! Would recommend someone to look in to the masters restroom door doesn’t close properly cause all water to come out. But overall amazing experience!!!

Over all super cool spot. Lots of beds and a great vibe in the interior. Location is close to lots of cool spots in East Austin and super close to the airport. Host was responsive to the things I sent to him. We had a couple of frustrations overall that I think are an easy fix so I don't foresee that being an issue for the next guest. The pool is nice and warm but a great hang out spot. The hot tub is in a separate area, not by the pool and the backyard games / hammock. It worked well for the amount of girls we had for the bachelorette.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of space to hangout with our large group and the beds were very comfortable. The small market next door was amazing to have especially since we needed to grab bags of ice for the hot weather. The pool was warm since it was very hot all weekend and the area was not covered, but nothing a couple bags of ice couldn’t fix! The hosts were extremely responsive and made us very comfortable in their beautiful home. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this place is secluded and nice features

We had such a relaxing stay here. Great location made it easy to get downtown and to so many great restaurants and shops within about 10-15 mins drive. The pool and jacuzzi made our trip even better! Everything looked just like the photos.

Was a great spot for a large bachelor party group. Pool and great yard space made for a fun time and nice proximity to the airport and downtown Austin. Trains passing nearby could get loud overnight, but didn'tt disturb sleep much and didn'tt detract from the many positives the property offered!

It was a perfect spot for a bachelorette or group trip!

Great stay, by the train tracks, super fun place!

I brought a group of my friends here for my birthday weekend and we had an absolute blast! Not far from much of what we wanted to do, walkable convenience store to grab any necessities we needed. The place had everything we needed! Would 1000% recommend!

The pool and hot tub were a hit over Thanksgiving! House was perfect for us!

The house is laid out well for the youngsters on one side and the adults on the other.

House was clean and spacious. I loved the area we were in, and how close we were to downtown.

This home was perfect for my large family in a pinch when we needed temp housing due to renovations in our own home. Hot tub was so so so great and the pool can be heated (for a fee) when cold weather. Lots of space and beds plus pullout sofa in living room. Y'tall i was there with 3 kids (9, 6, 4) and they were so entertained with all the things and spaces that I was able to rest an entire day. No, mami,mami,mami,mami ahhhh nothing‚ i'm hungry. Nope. Just bliss and sleep and rest and a LONG UNINTERRUPTED SHOWER. One thing that would be great is to have available drawers in the other rooms. Only the master currently does. Great fun. Otherwise felt homey

Incredible stay! The house was accurately described and provided with everything we needed. We purchased early check in and called for the house code and hosts were prompt to provide us the check in info! Communication was great and they checked in multiple times during our stay to see if anything was needed. The house did provide beach towels for the pool which was a nice unexpected touch! Pool was surprisingly cool for end of May with 90° weather! A quick 10 min Uber to downtown and 40 min to lake Travis.

The at UrbanStay were exceptional in responsiveness and communication. Every question answered and I never felt like I was a bother. There was a lot of care and pride in how the home was stocked for our stay. This was the most well-appointed home I have stayed in from either AirBnB or their competitors. There is a friendly convenience store within walking distance for most supplies you could need, such as deodorant or ice, and a really amazing and unique dessert shop also within walking distance. The kitchen of the home was stocked with needed pots, pans, utensils, spices, and the grill was prepared and ready for use. This home gave all the conveniences of staying in a hotel in terms of supplies, customer service, and the nearby convenience store, fun dessert shop, and close restaurants with the privacy of staying in an entire home to yourself.

The house was beautiful. Very clean upon arrival and lots of space. The host were amazing, even for the smallest things they were very helpful and willing to do anything that could be done to make our stay tremoundous. Response time was great. Would definitly recommend these host to others. Looking foward to booking again.

The stay was amazing ! House was crazy cool! The only slight inconvenience was the master bedrooms shower. BUT there were multiple other bathrooms with showers that worked fine.
