Can we drop our bags off before checkin?

We do allow guests to quickly drop-off bags anytime after 12:30pm, as long as you let us know you plan on doing so. Please know, cleaners will likely still be in the home preparing the space for your arrival :)

Can I transfer my reservation to a different property or different dates?

Yes! If the reservation is being transferred to a more expensive property or more expensive dates, the full amount of the previous reservation value will go towards the new reservation. You will be responsible for any remaining balance that exceeds the applied credit. For example, if the full amount of the previous reservation was $4k, and the new reservation is $5k, you will be responsible for payment of an additional $1k).

If the reservation is being transferred to a less expensive property or dates, then 50% of the different between the reservation prices is non-refundable. For example, if the original reservation is for $10k and the new transfer reservation is for $5k, the new reservation would cost $5k + $2.5k (1/2 of the difference between $10k and $5k) + $7.5k for the new reservation

All transfers are subject to availability.

Do you allow pets in the home?

We LOVE pets! We do have a $50 pet fee for an allergy cleaning following your stay. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, and not doing so will result in an additional fees which is never fun for either of us

What time is checkin / checkout?

Our standard checkin time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. However, we do our best to accommodate early checkins / late checkouts. We can guarantee a 3:00pm checkin or a 12pm checkout for a $50 fee subject to availability

What house rules should we be aware of?

(1) Outside quiet hours are after 10pm per City ordinance to respect the neighbors ($250 fine). (2) No confetti or glitter ($150 - $300 fine). (3) No smoking tobacco or marijuana ($250 - $1500 fine)

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer 50% refunds for reservations cancelled 60 days or more in advance. Within 60 days of your reservation, no refunds are offered with no exception.
